1. The importance of Personal Hygiene and Grooming2. Hotel Grooming Standards3. How to wash hands correctly

SUMMARY OF TASKS/ACTIONS:1. Ask the students for their understanding of Personal Hygiene and then share your answers.

2. Explain the importance of Personal Hygiene

3. Explain and demonstrate the correct steps to washing hands and then have the students follow the steps

4. Explain the meaning of Grooming and then discuss the hotel grooming standards for Hair, Uniform,Makeup etc.

5. Discuss the do’s and don’ts of personal behavior whilst on duty.

6. Students to complete all 7 activities provided on handout
