Return Process

- Currently returned items can only be entered into the system via the console. AIT returns is planned for future implementation

- Several different Return Worksheets can be printed for use by the cache workers

- Standardized return and refurb process- Incident label - optional

- label with incident details- can be printed with a system generated return

number for use when data entry is done

Incident Return w/Trackable Item

Example of Trackable item return. The trackable ID can be user entered or selected from the look up. Tag attribute information will auto fill.

Return disposition must be selected from the drop down menu for each trackable item.

Inventory Disposition

- Depending on the disposition of the items returned move tasks are automatically created.

Enter the search criteria. Note: the return number is the same as the shipment number.

Move Task List

Move tasks generated to move the inventory to the appropriate storage location or virtual refurb zone.

Moves to the virtual refurb zone must be completed before refurb workorder can be completed.

For RRP nodes RFI inventory will be in the REFURB-RFI location awaiting an Ad Hoc move to be processed.

Move tasks can be completed via the console or AIT device

Adjusting Inventory

This process is used to remove inventory from caches’ database. Select the appropriate reason code from the look up list. Select Adjust Quantity from drop down and enter quantity. Click on SAVE.
