DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE WEEKEND PACKAGES

ACCOMMODATION: Hotel Amphora, Fažana city

Hostel is conveniently located, just a few dozen meters from the beautiful waterfront Fažanas, with which we have a boat transfer to Brijuni.

Near the hostel you can find all necessary facilities: sports fields, bus stations, shops, pharmacy, post office and a bank, a variety of restaurants, pizzerias. The beach, which is only a hundred meters from the hostel carries the prestigious mark of quality - the blue flag.

The interior of the hostel consists of two floors. Accommodations are single, double, triple, quadruple. With toilets and showers on each floor, each room with it has an entrance hall with a sink.

The facility is also a common room for the living room and a TV room.

PROGRAM BY DAY

DAY 1, Thursday, 23.05.2013.

- Arrival / check in 17-20 pm

- in the evening we will have a group going possible in 2 versions: 1. "Fažana night" - spend the night in one of the famous Fažanas nightclubs

2. "Pula Night Tour" - a night tour of the Istrian pearl mosaic whose importance dates from antiquity; night out in Pula (10 min car drive)

DAY 2, Friday, 24.05.2013.

- We will have an unforgettable experience of the Istria peninsula with an all day trip "Adventure in Istria" + a tipical istrian lunch "experience Istria"

Description:

Waking up and breakfast. At 9 am departure on a trip "Adventure in Istria." Nature of the magical, almost mythical landscapes and

gorgeous mediaeval towns of central Istria will bring us all to the primordial and true pleasure! Central Istria is one of the few Mediterranean region, which boasts the quality of unspoiled natural landscape and heritage. Numerous coves and hillocks and

dispersed settlements in many magical forms, with almost unreal scenery. We will enjoy the ride with a modern tour bus through many hills, vineyards, olive groves and medieval towns. We will discover and experience the heart of Istria - Pazin, castle and river Pazinčica that its course to Pazin form large and small cascades, small waterfalls and ponds, some of which are suitable for summer swimming. We will not miss a view of the crater Pazin pit, 130 meters beneath the

castle walls, where the river ends its flow above. This is a phenomenon inspired even the famous Jules Verne.

Excursion from Pazin continue through nearby Beram, one of the most important centers of medieval Glagolitic literacy. We'll see conical hill above a fertile valley that was once an ideal place for a resort fort type. On the ruins of the walls erected the Beram, a

Roman fort and medieval castles. After a brief tour and walk our tour path continue to the town Motovun. We will climb the longest Istrian staircase to the top of the

hill, which dates back to the Middle Ages, and enjoy the spectacular view of the valley of the river Mirna. Adventure in Istria we conjure visiting Buzet and finally Hum, the smallest town in the world, the center of Glagolitic, Croatian

medieval literacy. In Hum we will expect a refreshment along the famous Hum bisque, and a tipical Istrian lunch full of tastes. "Experience of Istria" will allow us cheerful and relaxed friendly atmosphere in Hum tavern, where we will taste traditional dishes:

Istrian ham and goat cheese Minestrone with corn Pasta with beef stew

Salad Kroštule cake

- Return to the pheasants in the late afternoon, resting

- Going out in the evening group, depending on the previous release on Thursday evening: 1. "Fažana night" - spend the night in one of the Fažanas clubs

2. "Pula night" - night tour of Pula (10 minutes by car)

DAY 3, Saturday, 25.05.2013.

- 09h - 13h - Session of the LEO District and Lions District, on the Brijuni island - From 13.30/14 pm - excursion "Brijuni Island Exclusive"

A trip to the Big Brijuni with an expert guide will take approximately 4 hours and includes:

- Boat ride - Group gathering at the “Square of Friendship” and meeting with the program of touring the whole island.

- A tour of the island will be take in part with a tourist train (duration of one hour) when we will be exploring the rich history of the islands who remembers life largest terrestrial reptiles -120 million years ago. We will see the beauty of the nature with ancient oak

woods and forests of laurel, Mediterranean maquis in accordance with Parks-forests that formed the human hand. The journey continues visiting a golf yard, which once was one of the greatest golf courses in Europe. Furthermore, the passage

through the safari park and the bay Verige that with its beauty and functionality could satisfy even the Roman emperors. We will have the opportunity to photograph the oldest Olive, which is almost one thousand six hundred years provides valuable fruits in the Brioni

witness history. - A half-hour break in the restaurant "Shell" is an opportunity for refreshment and souvenir shopping

- Visit to St. Germans from XV. century in which there are copies of copies of medieval frescoes and Glagolitic writings and original black-and-white Roman mosaic from the Gulf Verige

(Own transport) - Visiting Jama cave and wine cellar tour with wine tasting of the istrian wines Peršurić
