VILLA DESCRIPTION

VILLA 3108 IN LEGIAN, BALI

The Villa owner has designed and built the bedrooms apart from each other to offer maximum privacy

and exquisite outlook onto the beautiful pools and grounds.

One Master Bedroom is located above the main house and the other three Master Bedrooms are in the

form of bungalows situated within the villa grounds. Between two of the Master Bedrooms, there is a

small lounge room over looking the second swimming pool with Satellite TV, full sound system, video

player.

Two three quarter beds can be made available in TV room adjacent to two of the master bedrooms,

adequate for either two children or two adults. This room is air-conditioned.

Living / Entertaining Areas consists of

Main house on lower level comprises of large comfortable couch, full sound system, satellite TV and

video CD library, dining table seating for 16 people.





This area overlooks a large verandah, garden and swimming pool area. The verandah of the main house

is paved sandstone and features a round table which seats 6.

A large dining table accommodating 16 people is located in the gazebo with separate BBQ facilities,

two fridges, full sound system and intercom telephone. This is a wonderful entertainment space

situated in the large tropical gardens and grounds of the villa.

The Master Villa features two swimming pools. One large pool measures 20 meters x 3.5 meters in the

main garden area.

The second pool measure 10 meters x 2 meters and is located in front of the two master bedrooms and

small TV room. This pool is tiled in beautiful jade green stone from Java and surrounded by an

entertainment deck.

Location

We are situated in the heart of Seminyak, close to some of the best shopping Bali has to offer. A short

taxi ride will have you sunbaking at Legian beach in 5 minutes and also will have you dining at some of

the best restaurants on the island.

Services and Facilities

The perfect accompaniment to your ideal holiday is our Balinese team of professional, friendly, English-

speaking staff at Sienna who are on call to cater for your every need and whim. With a genuine smile

and friendly attitude they are trained to ensure that your holiday is as comfortable as it is memorable.

Our restaurant-trained cooks are available to cater for you from our reasonably priced in-house menu.

One day's notice is required for dinner menus. Or alternatively, utilize the fully modern kitchen to

create your own gastronomic delights, as Seminyak's best international delicatessens and

supermarkets are no more than 5 minutes away.

For a small hourly rate our cooks can create something simple and tasty for you if you wish. Menus from

a selection of fine local restaurants are in each villa and our staff are on hand to arrange orders, pick-up

and will serve your meal to you in the privacy of your own villa.
