Advanced Comfort System cushion by Leggett & Platt carries a “Life-of-the-Home” limited warranty. We warrant to the original purchaser that this cushion is free from defects in material and workmanship and will remain resilient in wall-to-wall residential installation, including stairways, for the life of your home.

In the event the product is determined by Leggett & Platt to be defective in materials or workmanship, Leggett & Platt will provide new replacement cushion of like grade. Replacement of cushion (including reasonable labor costs to install replacement cushion) is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. In no event will Leggett & Platt be responsible for replacement of carpet, property damage or other consequential or incidental damages.

This warranty applies to properly installed, wall-to-wall residential installations only. The warranty will become void if the product shows visible signs of careless handling, improper installation, misuse of the product or if the product is ripped or torn.

THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER REMEDIES PROVIDED UNDER ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS ON THE PART OF LEGGETT & PLATT. IN NO EVENT SHALL LEGGETT & PLATT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NO MODIFICATION OF THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UNLESS IT IS IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF LEGGETT & PLATT.

Notice of claim under these warranties must be made by the original purchaser. All warranty claims must be submitted to Leggett & Platt for approval before removal of the cushion at the place of installation. Otherwise, the warranty is null and void. Leggett & Platt reserves the right to inspect the cushion at the place of installation. Proper documentation, including proof of purchase, must be submitted before inspection by any Leggett & Platt representative.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
