Zoning districtboundaries are intended to follow property lot lines as depicted onthe Pasco County Property Appraiser plat maps and/or thecenterline of road rights-of-way. The zoning district boundaries arealso intended to coincide with the land use category boundaries asdepicted on the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map. Thedata contained herein is not collected under the supervision of, orapproved by, a licensed surveyor. The areas of Permanently OpenLand (POL) consist of lands extending 100 feet away (landward orupland) from the established Southwest Florida Water ManagementDistrict (SWFWMD) High Minimum Lake Level (HML) mark for LakeJovita as described in the Comprehensive Plan.
