Debt Collection & Designated Consultation ServicesLegalShield Debt Collection Service Up to 10 separate initial collection letters written per month by your Provider Lawyer.

Reduced Fee and Contingency Fee ServicesReduced Fee Services Your Provider Law Firm will provide legal services at a rate of 25% less than the normal corporate hourly rate for legal services not otherwise covered by the membership. Even pre-existing conditions can be covered under this portion of the plan.

Reduced Contingency Fee Services We also offer your business up to a 5% discount from your Provider Law Firm’s standard contingency fee for contingency-type cases, if the Provider Law Firm agrees to accept your case on this basis.
