The implant is mounted on a color-coded Carrier/Transfer. A cover screw and extender are included in each vial.

Each cap label is color coded byplatform diameter of implant

To establish the optimum angle of the abutment, indexthe flat surface of the Fixture Mount/Transfer eithertoward or away from the desired direction of abutmentangle at the time of implant placement.

7. Seat denture over Titanium TemporaryAbutment to confirm passive placement. Checkocclusion with opposing arch. Occlude screwaccess hole with cotton pellet.

1. Unthread the healing collars from the implantusing 1.25mmD Hex Tool. The top of the implantsare exposed.

10. Optional step: Attach implant analogs to baseof denture. Pour a soft tissue working cast toprevent engagement with undercuts. Articulatewith opposing arch.

6. Use acrylic trimmer to drill holes throughdenture corresponding to marked positions.

3. Place the fixation screw through theabutment and tighten in place using theappropriate 1.25mmD Hex Tool. The torquevalue of the fixation screw is determined byclinician. Standard torque value for fixationscrews is 30Ncm.

12. Attach prosthesis to implants & tighten inplace using the appropriate tooling. Occludescrew access holes with material of choice.

2. Use the prepared implant fixture mount as a temporary abutment (reshaping of hex atapex is essential) or select the TitaniumTemporary Abutment matching the implantprosthetic platform.

11. Remove denture & trim the prosthesis toallow access for patient cleaning. The prosthesisis now a fixed restoration, removable by clinicianonly.

5. Mark position of Titanium TemporaryAbutments on under surface of denture withindelible marker.

4. Confirm there is less than 40 degrees ofrelative divergence between abutments to besplinted together.

8. Use autopolymerizing acrylic or similar lightcure material to attach prosthesis to TitaniumTemporary Abutments. Allow to set prior toremoval from mouth.

9. Remove prosthesis from the mouth, flipover to expose tissue side. Use additionalautopolymerizing resin to fill in any voidsaround the processed abutments.
