Suhas Tuljapurkar
Suhas is a Founder and Non-Executive Director of Legasis Services Private Limited and Managing Partner of “Legasis Partners”,an all service law firm. He is a first generation serial entrepreneur with deep connections in the Indian corporate circles. In thiscapacity, Suhas supervises the legal operations globally and has a specialist experience in the fields of Infrastructure Projects,Corporate Laws, Joint Ventures, M & A, Energy/Power, Intellectual Property Laws, Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He emergesas a business leader and has worked with multiple multinational companies that include HUL, Thermax, Essar Group, Blue Dartand Fiat. He has published various articles and writes for specialized publications. Suhas has built very strong reputation insuccessful execution and delivery in the Indian and Global corporate field. He is also invited to speak on various legal issues atnational and international conventions. He holds a degree in Law from ILS Law College, Pune and a MBA from IMDR Pune.
Anushree Saha
Anushree Saha is a Company Secretary who specializes in Companies Act 2013, SEBI regulations, FEMA, EXIM and Taxationcompliances. She has been assisting clients engaged in various fields such as Corporate, Banks, Non- Banking FinancialCompanies, Insurance Companies & Brokers, Mutual Funds, Venture Capital Funds etc on legal compliances and queries. Shealso has experience in carrying out legal audits and due diligences. She has more than 5 years of experience in the legal andsecretarial domain. Anushree has obtained her LL.B. degree from Pune University and is a B.Com graduate from BrihanMaharashtra College of Commerce, Pune.
Soumitra Mujumdar
Soumitra Mujumdar is a Company Secretary and foreign trade graduate with five years work experience in corporate secretarialand legal matters and project finance advisory. He has experience of working in both employment and entrepreneurship. Aftercompletion of his CS course, he was working as a Company Secretary with the Videocon Group wherein he was responsible forProject Finance transactions for the oil and gas business.
