leadership“If we are all equally dedicated to excellence, committed to
service, and honorable in our relationships with each other
and customers, we will grow together.” w

In 1964, the Liptak family
recognized the need for equipment rental.
Contractors usually owned their own
equipment—and all the headaches and
expense of maintaining it. So, with one
crane, a family company began and has
grown into the largest privately owned
crane sales and rental enterprise in North
America: ALL Erection & Crane Rental
Corporation.
As the company acquired other
established crane companies to help
serve their growing customer base, the
family company became the ALL Family of
Companies. Central
Contactors Service in Chicago
joined in 1977. Dawes Rigging & Crane
Rental in Wisconsin joined in 1978. Jeffers
Crane Service in Ohio and Michigan, in
1995. Today the company’s many strategic
locations dot the map.
Businessbuilding our business
“Thank you for a job well done! You and your folks were professional, hospitable and great to work with. We hold you in high regard.” —David R. Mills, Materials Manager, Excelco Developments/Newbrook Machine Co.

We’ve built our legacy with generations of excellence. Many of our em-
ployees have grown up in our business, lending a lifetime of experience
and expertise. Fathers bring their sons into the fold because they’re crane
people, born and bred. Many have stayed with us for a whole career.
Experience ensures increased productivity, job site efficiency, cost reduc-
tion, and safety awareness. Our crane industry veterans have a wealth of
knowledge to share. We pair up our new hires with seasoned veterans
to give them a foundation like no other. That support is the reason our
employees stay … and thrive.
“We were in a tight spot and needed some help. You and your organization provided the timely support that we needed. Your personnel performed the task in a professional manner and complied with our policies and procedures. Thank you for a job well done.” — Bill Hunt, PCS Phosphate - White Springs

TrusTbuilding your trust
Why do you choose a certain company to do business with? Service? Cost? Reliability? Expertise?
The reasons depend on your measure of value—how can that company help make you better?
We strive give you the value you need and, in doing so, to earn your trust.
We will always provide the right equipment for your job. Our fleet is one of the world’s largest, most
modern, and most technologically advanced, because we planned it that way. In the past three years
alone, we have purchased several hundred new units, a sizable investment that we feel makes your
job safer, more productive, and more profitable. And this investment makes us smarter, too. Few crane
rental companies possess the potential for understanding machine behavior like ALL does, because
very few fleets compare to ours. Our mechanics share learned nuances of machines with our service
managers across the nation. We are logging this knowledge, facilitating even more proactive
maintenance. You are the beneficiary of our diligence.
We pride ourselves on our 24/7 service, giving you faster turnaround times and less
downtime. In our shops, we go even further. We document service and share records
among our branches. We mandate in-service inspections, 360º inspections, and proactive
versus reactive maintenance protocols.
We continually reinvest in our business with the best equipment, training, and technology
to help us serve you better. We keep up with changes in the industry and align ourselves
with your needs. It’s what you expect when you choose ALL.
“We appreciated ALL’s assistance and their flexibility to meet our goals and to keep our budget costs in line. We could not have found any other crane company with ALL’s equipment and qualified operators to perform the task.” —Rick Miller, Project Manager for Smolen-Gulf Bridge, Ashtabula, Ohio, Union Industrial Contractors (U.I.C.)

“No job too tough.” We put our expertise to work developing
solutions to the most challenging situations. We’ve assembled
cranes on movable platforms to retrofit a coal-fired power plant from
the inside. We’ve put a 300-ton crawler on a barge in the middle of a
reservoir to build a bridge across it, and rigged it so one crane could
pick the massive beams alone. Call ALL when they say, “It can’t be
done.” Whether it’s painstaking lift planning or the right equipment
or the best-trained operators, we deliver everything you require.
“What a good bunch of people you have. They are truly professionals … same great service every time. Your foreman and his crew were about the best I’ve seen in my 30+ years in the business. When you surround yourself with good people, you shine.” —Bob Leonowicz, Bassett Mechanical
And we do it all safely. We consider safety to be one of the most
valuable services we offer our customers. Our complete Safety
Management System includes lift planning, crane selection and
inspection, personnel training, and performance monitoring. At
ALL, we don’t simply see safety as a task to be accomplished, but
as a culture to be embraced, in which every person is personally
accountable for safety.

“I am proud to have known and worked with ALL for 32 years, and have never had a bad experience. The professional service from their dispatch, crane operators, mechanics, and sales staff make me feel confident that the utmost care is given to our job. ALL filled every one of our needs in a very timely manner.” —George Pressick, Rigging Superintendent, Babcock & Wilcox Construction Co.
We believe in being stewards of our environ-
ment. Throughout the next decades, we’ll
continue to address sustainability, imple-
ment improved technology, recycle materi-
als, and do what we can to save energy and
natural resources for future generations.
Commitmentbuilding a commitment
We believe it’s important to be a good cor-
porate citizen. We’re committed to the vi-
tality of our industry and those it supports.
We model sound business practices and
work with industry leadership to address
issues that affect all of us as well as you, our
customers. We continually work to further
the goals of the equipment rental and sales
industries.

“ALL Crane has an extremely knowledgeable sales staff that can help you budget your crane needs before your quotation of a project, which insures that you are placing the right machine on the job for peak efficiency. They make themselves readily available after the sale if questions arise, which is priceless.” — Jon Rabren, Project Manager, Rabren General Contractors, Inc.
Work well. Do right by others. The ALL Family of Companies shares a set
of family values based on those handed down by the company’s founders.
The Liptak brothers believed that hard work, reliable products, integrity,
and outstanding customer service would lay the foundation for a com-
pany that would stand the test of time. They were right.
A wise person once said that the power of a single decision is
immeasurable. Basing every business decision on an unshakable code of
conduct is our legacy.
