DESCRIPTION
Grotto of architect Rastrelli on the bank of Krestovogo (Cross) of a pond in Lefortovo park, in Moscow. In 1731 F.Rastrelli in park was put «the stone cascade» – a retaining wall with niches and fountains in the form of a grotto. grotto with fountains had a rich sculptural decoration. Now - crumbling grotto, but the government promises to restore this masterpiece.TRANSCRIPT
