ThefullyfrosteddiffuserdonotshowsleddotsonthediffusersurfaceandtheLED’sarenotvisible.Frosteddiffuserisgivingnicesmoothlightline.Baseoftheprofileismadefromanodizedaluminuminstandardsilvercolor.Theproductcanbecustomizinglikeanodizedin9differentcolors,andpaintinanyRALcolor.Additionallyontheoutsidesurfacewecanplacetin/screechresistantfoil,whichimitatesthewoodstructureontheprofileforperfectmachwithkitchencabinets.Allmostpopularwoodsstructurefoilsareavailable.

This is new surface installation 80mmwidthhighquality anodized aluminumLEDprofilewith“LEDsDOTSFREE”frosteddiffuser.

The anodizing surface quality is the sameas in other our profiles and it is free of anyextrusion marks and production screeches.Anodizing surface is tick enough to resistthe transportation and sometimes difficultoperating condition. Extended internal LEDchamberdimensions forLEDstripesgivesyoufreehansoftypeandsizeofLEDstripe/swhatcanbeaccommodateinsidetheprofile.YoucanusealmostanytypeofledstripeandyoudecidehowmuchlightwillcameoutbyusingtherightLEDstripe.Theheavydutyheatsink(PLW80Nprofile)ispreparedandcapabletoprovideexcellentcoolingsystemfor low/high power LED bars [up to 35W/m]. Specially shaped internalchamberreducethelightlost(bouncingofthelightinsidetheprofile)and drive the light sleight up to the diffuser surfacewhere the lightdiffusion is taking place. The profile is coming with choice of twohighqualityUVstabilized,snap indiffusers in frostedandtransparent.PLW80Nprofileisavailablewithcolormatchingaluminumendcapsforprofessionalfinish.

ALU-ROUND ACCESSORIES

This is specially dedicated wall arm for the Alu-Round Led profile. The special material will draw behind the profile is allowing us to slide in the arm and hold firmly in place the LED fixture.

The power feeding cable was transferred to the profile thru the wall arm the best possible way.

The profile now can be installed at any place on the wall lighting up the wall or some objects standing next to. The design of the wall arm is matching with the design of the Alu-Round profile.

It is Quality anodized aluminum LED profile for build-in into the gypsum ceiling. The profile with the LEDs builds-in between the ceiling and the wall will emit the light directed straight down from the top of the wall/ceiling to the floor, washing up the next to wall with light. Another possible and often use installation for this profile is the installation between the wall and direct lighting of the floor, construction frame of the not build wall. The installation options has been clearly explained in the PDF catalogue. ALU-CEILING is coming with choice of high quality frosted (“LEDs DOTS FREE”) or transparent snap-in diffuser and finish end caps. The snap-in diffuser is made from UV resistant material. The profile can accommodate standard or mid power led stripes up to 18mm of the wideness. Distribution conditions:CompanyLEDsONsalestheLEDprofilesandotherledcomponentsintheinternationalnetworkofsalewithB2Bcustomersonly.Thecustomerswhoareformallylocatedinthecountrywhereweobtainedthelocal(exclusive/nonexclusive)distributorshouldcontactthelocaldistributorfirstwithanyquestionsconcerningourproducts.Thedistributorslistisavailableatthe“contactdetails“webpageoronthelastpageofourformalcatalogues.Allrequestsfromthemarketswherewehave(exclusive/nonexclusive)distributorwillberesendtothelocaldistributor.

Returns:CompanyLEDsONdonotacceptanyreturnsunlesstheproducthashiddenproductiondefect.Theclaimshouldbeplacedinwrittennolaterthen24monthsofthepurchasedate.

Products exchange:Ifthecustomermademistakeandwouldliketoexchangethegoodsshouldnoticeusinwrittennolaterthen7daysafterthedeliverydate.Theproductsthatcustomerswishtoexchangecannotbeusedandcannotshowanyvisibledamage.Thetransportationcostofthereturnofwrongitemsandnewshipmentneedtobecoveredbythecustomerinfull.

Length, color, anodizing surface customizing:Acustomerhaspossibilitytoorderledprofilesincustomizedlength,color[RAL]orthedifferentanodizingsurface.HowevertheMOQforthatis500kgofaluminumthatdividedbytheweightoftheinterestingprofilewillgivecertainquantityinmeters.Customerhastoconsiderthatcustomizeproducthastobepaidinadvance,takeninfullquantityatoncewhenthegoodsareready.PriceandtimeframeneedtobedeterminateindividuallywiththeLEDsON.
