Question From a User“We are using marketing lists to keep track of which of our customers
are attending the user group meetings that we host. Are we using this feature correctly?”
Question From a User
“How do I create an article -email notification for a Task/follow-up weekly or several times a week?”
There are two ways to accomplish this:
Reminder for a set amount of time
• Workflow is a good option without customization example below
Workflow Parameters:
• Send the email 7 days after the task is created
• Send the email 14 days after the task is created
Recurring reminder forever
• Best option would be to do a Plugin which would require Customization
Question From a User“How do I change the filtering for Global Search?”
• Navigate to customize the
system under Settings
• Open desired entity
• Click on Views
• Click on Quick Find
• Click on edit Filter Criteria
• This is possible by syncing the contacts from CRM to Exchange and then sharing the contacts in Exchange
• Please contact the Support Team at Ledgeview Partners if you plan to pursue this and we can help mitigate/prevent issues as much as possible
Question From a User“Any ideas on how to connect CRM to Exchange for users without CRM
licenses? All they should be able to do is view Contacts - nothing else.”
