Technology of ‘ALG Engine’
Our LED Street Light has a unique structure conspicuously distinguished from other similar
products.— We applied more than 90% of die-cast & patented sheet mounting method using monolithic structure to maximize thermal efficiency and enhance the assembly process.

We used a material with a highest Aluminum content (AL1050) and designed to
maximize thermal performance to achieve maximum heat dissipation rate in the minimum space.— We applied the material to be 0.01T ~ 0.2T in order to achieve highest density.
By reducing the weight of the product as little as possible, we lowered the material cost
while maximizing the stability of the LED lights’ luminosity over the life span of
approx. 50,000 hours.
Our Thermal Dissipation technology has got an International Patent.
— The patent we acquired could be applied to other areas like CPU Cooling, Automotive

Advantage of ‘ALG Engine’
ALG Engine has ‘One body structure’. Even if conduction rate of heat source is under
50 %, AL1000 thin plate dissipates the heat quickly and efficiently to outside.

As ALG Engine applied progressive method using 0.1~0.2T AL1000 materials, the quality is
quite stable and it enables ALG Engine to secure more space for heat conduction by
using 100~ 150 heat radiation Fins.

Thin plate brazing technology protects material from aging and increases the elasticity by
30 % through the protection of the materials from being softened in annealing process.
