The QLE module range can meet any requirement when it comes to off ice and general wide-area lighting. That is because the QLE module group has the perfect solution for any lighting job, with its wide range of colour temperatures, lumen packages and sizes.

Whether it is a case of built-in, surface-mounted or pendant lumi-naires measuring 600 x 600 mm or 625 x 625 mm – QLE is suitable for the most varied luminaire models, which may be rectangular or square.

For maximum eff iciency, the QLE modules have been fitted with the latest LED chip technology, which, like all Tridonic packages, are sub-ject to a strict qualification programme. This module range can be used for a wide variety of applications, from simple lighting tasks to sophisticated Tunable White lighting. One thing all the modules have in common is their Zhaga-compatible drill holes, making both the design-in and update to the next-genera-tion versions very simple and convenient. Up to six LED modules are operated using just one LED driver.

Louvre and surface luminaires are even more eff icient and easier to handle with the latest QLE ADV module series.

The modules’ eff icacy – which was already excellent – has been improved by another 10 percent and now achieves up to 195 lumens per watt. The Zhaga-compatible full-plaid PCBs simplify assembly and make a perfect like-for-like replacement for the G3+ ADV and G2 ADV-SE modules. The QLE modules are available in three sizes.

Combined with the outstanding colour rendering of CRI 80 and now CRI 90 too, there is an incredibly wide range of possibilities for luminaire design and application areas. For example, version 940 is qualified for medical applications according to the Cyanosis Observa-tion Index. The modules’ very long life time of up to 72,000 hours is very impressive, too.

Tunable White systems of Tridonic gives you the option of set-ting the colour temperature of white light to any value between 2,700 K to 6,500 K. This function is essential for contemporary biologically eff ective lighting solutions which aim to simulate natural light indoors.

The light in daylight quality promotes a feeling of well-being and pro-ductivity for people who have to spend many hours a day in artificial light. This explains the high importance attached to lighting concepts involving Tunable White and optimum light quality in off ices, educa-tion establishments and health care facilities.

The Engine Tunable White Wide Area Kit is precalibrated at the facto-ry and off ered in sets comprising a converter and 2 to 6 LED modules. Constant luminous flux over the entire adjustable colour temperature range is particularly important for professional room planning. Engine Tunable White opens up a really interesting area of application, not least thanks to its reproducible and consistent colour rendering.

In addition, the Tunable White modules are also available individually and can therefore be used with LED drivers from our driver portfolio in any combination. Use Drivers from the premium (PRE) series to control your Tunable White solution via DT8.
