battleground Terrain represents the natural geography of the earth

    that an army marches through

Battleground represents the specific terrain that hasbeen decided upon for the battle to be waged

Adapting To Changes -5 different grounds

    1. treacherous groundsmountainous forests, dangerouspasses, swamps, terrains that are wet, muddy and foul-you must never encamp

    2. focal grounda state surrounded by 3 other states - youmust befriend and attempt to win them as allies

    3. isolated ground

being cut off and in danger - you must

not stay there, do not linger

    4. When on constricted groundarea that can only bereached through narrow passes, that only allows retreat

only through dangerous passes and where a small force ofthe enemy is sufficient to strike a larger force of yours -you must plan and strategise

    5. When on death groundarea where there is no escape -

you must fight relentlessly -fight your way out!

PROACTIVENESS Proactive behavior involves acting in advance of a

future situation, rather than just reacting. It means taking control and making things happen rather than

just adjusting to a situation or waiting for something to happen.

pro-activeness in business involves risk taking. Thereare two areas where a pro-active culture can be

    incorporated in your company.

    authority delegation and

    POSITIVE employer's response to mistakes.

    Breakthrough

    Fuzzy logic technology:

The technology was invented in 1965 by Lotfi A.

Zadeh an American, of Iranian descent, born in

    Russia.

    Unfortunately, Americans failed to commercialize

    this breakthrough technology.

Meanwhile, Japanesesuccessfully used fuzzytechnology in air conditioners, vacuum cleaners,

    Leadership

The attitudes and approach of the managers, CEO etc certainly

    influences the productivity of staff.

Good leadership differs from good management (which is

    more of an administrative process).

Leadership is the ability to create and articulate a vision with

    such clarity and vigor.
