I, Juslin Philip S. Pulanco, a 3rd Year BS Civil Engineering student, and the Club President of BAHAGHARI (Socio-Political Club), would like to file my official Leave of Absence from the aforementioned position (Bahaghari Club President), from August 7 – 27, 2011. This is for the purpose of my participation in the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities in Asia Pacific (AJCU – AP) Service Learning Program (SLP), hosted by the Social Involvement Coordinating Office (SICO), on August 7 – 27, 2011 in Davao City.

In line with this, I am appointing Ralph Robin Tongcua (BS Mechanical Engineering 3 rd year), a current and bona fide member of Bahaghari, as Officer-in-Charge. Please refer to him any and all concerns regarding the club during my leave of absence. Also, I am authorizing Mr. Tongcua to sign any and all documents concerning the club during my leave of absence, in my behalf.
