Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR Level C Course Dates: May 14 & 15, 2016Cost: based on certification required - see below (Lunch not

A) CPR only -January 28 or March 8 only 9:00am - 3:00pm: $69.00 + tax
B) Emergency First Aid and C CPR - January 28 or March 8 - all day: $99.00 + tax

aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.

OFC - NFPA 1021 Fire Officer IICourse Dates: May 4-8, 2016 - Week 1 & June 1-5, 2016-
Week 2. In-class Session: 10 days (Wednesday to Sunday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm both weeks).
Cost: $750.00 (includes lunch each day)Prerequisite: NFPA 1021 Fire Officer I and NFPA 1041
Instructor I.Fire Officer II builds upon the topics covered in Fire Officer I.
There is a more in-depth look at human resources management, community and government relations, as well as origin and preliminary cause of fires. Emergency delivery topics will evolve from a single unit emergency operations to multi-unit emergency operations, with more in-depth look at pre-incident planning and deployment of assigned resources. In addition, Fire Officer II covers the organization of local government and the roles that outside agencies play in assisting the fire service. Fire Officer Level II is intended for the front line Fire Officer with an expanded role, is delivered in a classroom environment, and meets NFPA 1021-2014 Edition.
An IFSAC/Pro Board certificate will be issued with the successful completion of the written exam and submission of the practical skills booklet that meets all requirements for the course.
Fire departments will be charged a non-refundable registration fee of $65.00 for each student- learner accepted into this course.

Pet First Aid This is a program that provides life-saving knowledge and training for pet owners. This course encourages safe management of emergency circumstances, and prepares rescuers to respond to life-threatening situations involving their domestic animals. Pet First Aid provides the participant with the knowledge, judgment and skills needed to respond safely and effectively in an emergency.
