Grandin (2006) suggests three types of learning styles for children with Autism:
Visual thinkers, i.e. as Grandin puts it, she literally thinks in pictures.
Music and mathematical thinkers; these children think in patterns and will be good at math, music, computers and technology.
Verbal logic thinkers; these children think in words and often love languages, history, weather statistics, stock market etc.
