    Conclusion

    The training process was a good opportunity to learn more aboutarchitecture from a new place and people.

    We got to understand the functioning of a big organization.

    Through the site visits we got to understand the management processinvolved in the projects.

    Understanding the design process involved in the respective design teams.

    The well equipped library was helpful in giving a clear perspective aboutarchitecture in Japan.

    Also the respective team members were helpful in all aspect even though wehad difficulties with the native language. Without them understanding the

    entire process would have been difficult.
