Training Facilities Objective is to match the available skills and abilities
of human resources to business requirements.
The main education and research center in Bangalore can train 1,000 software engineers simultaneously.
It comprises of fully equipped classrooms with video-conferencing units and 30,000 square ft. library with a capacity for 10,000 books.
Training Facilities
Over 400 courses in database management, e-commerce, programming language, networking concepts, software development, foreign languages, interpersonal and managerial skills are provided.
Full-time faculty teach 75% of these courses while professionals teach 10% of the courses and the outside vendors offer rest of the courses.

Performance Development Plan:-◦ A sheet which both the employee and manager have to fill to
provide information about areas the employee has improved in. Projects:-
◦ Small term projects like Six Sigma, where at the end, the employee has to give presentations to the training team.
