How to “Moodle”Introduction Moodle is a virtual learning environment which is internet based and can be access anywhere in the world with your log in details.

This guide will allow you to access your young person’s data and allow you to support us in their education.

Accessing Moodle

Please access the college website: www.waltham.ac.uk

Please scroll down the page and click on the Moodle link under the resources section.

The above screen is an example of the welcome page of Moodle. Please click on the LOG IN button

You will need to know your student number. This is available on their college ID. This student number will act as the USERNAME on the log in page.

Your PASSWORD is a combination of the college name and your home post code. For example, if you live in “e162ls”; your password will be: wfc@e162ls

Once you have successfully logged in you will see their name in the top right hand corner.

Please click on the induction survey 2020. This will lead you to the home page of the survey.

The survey will ask you for a code. This is your student ID number that can be provided by your tutor.

Take your time. Read the questions carefully. If you don’t understand the question, please ask your teacher for help. Remember 1 is good and 4 is bad. Tick the correct box! Be careful – you can only complete the survey once. Be honest but fair in your answers. Thank you for taking this survey. Your opinion is important to us.
