The Bender Method™ of Training concept was originally created by
Leslee Bender, International Presenter in the US. The program was
first brought to Canada in 2008 under FMG and 2012 marked the
partnership between Blanche Hold, founder of Fitness Marketing
Group Inc and Canadian Director for Bender Method™ of Training
and Helen Vanderburg, International Presenter, creator of Fusion
Fitness Training and owner of Heavens Elevated Fitness.
