Purpose - What are we jointly becoming? Leap into Life is a professional family that shares resources and works collectively to empower people in local/rural areas in their actions to improve their prosperity and that of their (working) community with respect for the common good of nature and mankind. Principles – How do we achieve our purpose? - We serve as a platform for sustainable actions that transforms for the good of earth and its inhabitants - We engage with deeper understanding of what is asked from us for the common good - We search for solutions that contribute to healthy (working) communities - We derive strength from our members diversity and we work on our own strengths - We learn as reflective practitioners; we grow as individuals and as a collective - We work with each other and with communities from the five pillars of Leap into Life; Connection, Inclusiveness, Trust, Action and Reflection - We take responsibility for individual action and we are accountable for our contribution.
