Our mission

01

Design and produce high quality buildings, in full respect of nature.

It all began when an Italian duo of architects, one an enthusiast climber, the other a skier, decided to bring together their two souls: nature and artifice, technology and beauty, mountains and architecture.

Through its evolution, LEAP Factory has remained committed to its roots as a mountaineer-architects driven company, always used to pushing its boundaries further.

Here at LEAP Factory, a love of wild and beautiful places is the driving force for the continuous reaserch of sustainable solutions. To help protect natural resources with responsible innovations, all our products are conceived for “zero impact dwelling”.

Mountains are our test lab. The extreme conditions, the essential dialogue with a marvelous and strong nature, the loosening of human rules and customs - all this makes mountains the best setting to test winning solutions.

Based on the LEAP philosophy and the experience we gained in harsh high-altitude environments, we develope building solutions in response to the new culture of ecological dwelling, of the workplace and, above all, of living.

2016LEAP Factory presents the catalogue LeapNest: customizable prefab sheds with elegant interior finishes and numerous possible applications: from Glamping pods, to garden sheds for hobbies and wellness activities.

2017LEAP Factory introduces the program of home living LeapHome: unprecedented architectural solution entirely realized through an industrialized process, simple and innovative, with finishes and interior Made in Italy. The greener construction system on the marketplace today.

“LEAP, to us, represents quality of life and a love for nature, particularly pure nature, and the devices humans build to survive - may these be sweaters, camping tents, or high-tech buildings.”

LEAP Factory’s achievments say more than any sentence.

Sustainability research &green development

05

LEAP Factory construction systems make use of truly innovative solutions.

Our ongoing research and the experience gained in the harsh context of high-altitude, led us to produce components with performances far beyond those normally owned by traditional and prefabricated constructions.

For example, the external walls of the LeapHome shell are so efficient in terms of insulating capacity and reduced thickness that they revolutionise the typical parameters of incidence between built surface and internal usable space. A great advantage for the overall efficiency; a step forward in reducing the environmental impact.

The industrial production process with digital control of the components, the use of materials with a high technological and economic profile, the drastic reduction of transport and on-site operations - together determine the construction system with the least existing environmental impact on the marketplace: “The greener process to green buildings”.

“A symbiosis between environmental and energetic sustainability becomes for us a key design issue.”

06

High quality building systems: beautiful, innovative and ecological.

Our products are all engineered, studied down to the smallest detail and industrially produced: on-site operations are minimised, waste of energy and resources is prevented, soil consumption and alteration are reduced. The complete reversibility of LEAP Factory products highly limits their environmental footprint, allowing life in full respect of nature.

LEAP Factory activity is based on continuous research to improve innovative design solutions according to new technologies. All the materials used are selected for their ecological characteristics, in respect for health. They come from environmentally controlled productions and are free from harmful substances. These qualities are guaranteed by specific certifications.

The planning superiority and the production chain of the best Italian manufacturing factories guarantee an unparalleled result.

These qualities made LEAP products the best alternative to traditional buildings, unique and innovative in the prefab market.
