Lean Coffee - “How to lead a lean workshop in 2 days?”
Presentation Summary
How many meetings have you attended in the last few months where there was little structure in items being discussed? Of those discussions, how many were relevant to you or the role that you play? Originating in Seattle, Washington, Lean Coffee is a great opportunity to discuss topics around a specific theme. Lean Coffee is a structured meeting where participants build an agenda and efficiently deliver meeting outcomes. In this interactive session, the participants will utilize Lean Coffee experience for learning about “How to lead a lean workshop in 2 days?” Participants will follow a simple voting process to select the topics to be discussed, and the amount of time allocated for each topic. You will learn more about the process and materials needed to hold your very own Lean Coffee meeting. We hope that you can join us!
