Armetal Metal Industries Co. Ltd. was established in 1985 pursuant to the rapid development programs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Armetal’s main focus and expertise lies in architectural metal works for ongoing and upcoming projects using various metals such as stainless steel, brass, bronze, aluminum, coated steel and other noble metals.

The firm continues to expand in line with the GCC rapid growth. Today Armetal stands as one of the largest manufacturers of architectural metal works in the entire Middle East.

Armetal operates from its offices and purpose built factory in Riyadh’s Second Industrial City, and from its branch in UAE, Dubai Industrial City (DIC).

Since their introduction to architecture, curtain walls have been a major element in façade designs. As the curtain wall is non-structural it can be made of a lightweight material, reducing construction costs. When glass is used as the curtain wall, a great advantage is that natural light can penetrate deeper within the building. The curtain wall façade does not carry any dead load weight from the building other than its own dead load weight. A curtain wall is designed to resist air and water infiltration, sway induced by wind forces acting on the building, and its own dead load weight forces.

Adaptability of our system allows every designer to define his lines and draw his shapes. A wide range of applications can be seen in many projects throughout the region. Our system offers different options in selecting the material for the frame cladding. Stainless steel is frequently used. However, in special applications brass or bronze are applicable.

today as a decorative item in addition to their eternal function as safety barriers.Our capability in this field was developed through years of continuous improvement and professionalism towards the quality of products. Our products are custom made to suit every site condition, pre-engineered by computer technology to allow for shop assembly and to minimize site welding time. Technical know- how and top caliber technicians are our strengths in attaining a high class products. Different shapes can be achieved; horizontal, straight, oval and curved, and different other shapes depending on the choice of the customer. In addition to handrails and balustrades, we have the ability to produce the complete metal staircase that carries the handrail while maintaining the geometry of the design.

g The most aesthetic way to decorative structure forms, polished metal sheet claddings aid in visually increasing area dimensions when used in interiors and add brilliant features to exteriors. Our wrap-around cladding system has been proven as a practical solution to hide columns in large malls, arcades, courtyards, atriums and canopies. We supply all kinds of cladding: aluminum, bronze, brass, stainless steel, glass and composite panel. The tolerance of the fixation system used allows the installation on any surface and shape while facilitating the installation process. All types of shapes including 3D shaped cladding are achievable using the latest CNC machineries available at our facilities.

In addition to curtain walls, our various applications in doors and windows also play a major role in developing a façade. System applications, product quality and product longevity are key attributes to our continuous involvement in this field. In external applications, where privacy is a must, unglazed stainless steel hollow core doors are basically designed as playing panels with different options of decorative patterns, in both strips and plates. The system also allows for vision panels whenever required.

Automatic framed glass doors are idle in busy passages, offices, commercial center, airports, hospitals and showrooms. Stainless steel and brass are the two most commonly used materials. Frameless front and doors are optional to enhance the appearance; sandblasted patterns can be considered as an additional touch to glass door panels.

Metal canopies are newly developed architectural elements added to external modern look of newly constructed buildings. Armetal is distinguished in using these elements to create an elegant look. All types of metals can be used for canopies: brass, bronze, stainless steel, aluminum and composite panels, all depending on the buildings and the customers’ needs. Armetal is capableof delivering a complete system of the canopyincluding the steel structure and all relatedstructural studies and loads to confirm the sustainability of the canopy.

The company’s countless contribution in satisfying interior designers have ensured Armetal the unique position of being the only source of customized shapes in the region. Full application or product integration are common in lobbies, lounges, corridors, functions rooms and royal rooms. Decorative screens are becoming the latest trend used for interior and exterior decoration. Shaped metal panels using laser cutting and water jet cutting machines allows for high end finishing and extreme accuracy.
