With more than 7,000 members committed to helping those in need, the Leadership Society provides a foundation for United Way’s critical work in North Texas. Leadership Society contributions help improve our community and provide members the opportunity to work on enriching volunteer projects that improve the quality of life for North Texans. Leadership Society members help those who want to do good, do great.

The Leadership Society is an exclusive United Way of Metropolitan Dallas giving society for those who make a gift of at least $1,000* in a fiscal year to United Way. You will join a dynamic group of people, focused on tackling the community’s most pressing issues. Members also gain opportunities to network and grow as leaders.

Leadership Society members enjoy: • Invitations to special United Way events.• Opportunities to expand personal and professional networks. • Organized volunteer events throughout the year. • Frequent updates and communications from United Way, including the Unite newsletter, featuring highlights from United Way’s impact work and donor events.
