Leadership Lessons from the AICPA 2014 Leadership Academy - Created and delivered by Tom Hood and Gretchen Pisano of the Business Learning Institute. It starts with our philosophy of the Bounce - where we progress from learning to lead yourself to leading others. That shift from technical mastery to leading people and projects takes on a new direction and the acquisition of new skills. Our definition of the new leader is one who is positive, future-minded, self-aware and attuned to the changing context around them.
