DESCRIPTION

Leadership Lessons from the AICPA 2014 Leadership Academy - Created and delivered by Tom Hood and Gretchen Pisano of the Business Learning Institute. It starts with our philosophy of the Bounce - where we progress from learning to lead yourself to leading others. That shift from technical mastery to leading people and projects takes on a new direction and the acquisition of new skills. Our definition of the new leader is one who is positive, future-minded, self-aware and attuned to the changing context around them. Over the four day interactive program we focus on four main skill sets: 1) Self-awareness - strengths, values and positivity; 2) Attuned to the changing context; 3) Have a vision, purpose and alignment; 4) Empower People through collaboration and engagement; 5) Continuous Learning - Keep you L>C. This program is based on the i2a: Insights to Action Strategic Thinking System and the P.Link Positive Executive Presence programs jointly developed by BLI and Sounding Board Ink.
