1. empowered workgroup has 2 one-hour meetings/month
- Poor performance machines - holiday planning- Response Time - territory management
- Broken calls - perfect call process
- Cost of material - meeting planning
- Leads generation & follow-up process- product training
3. Checkup per workgroup every 6 months
The group has to propose actions to be taken for every item of the Balanced Achievem
that does not scores 100%.
