Join the Certificate Program in Leadership in Human Services ManagementADVANCE YOUR CAREER! If you’re a social worker or someone in the human services profession who’s interested in leadership, the Certificate Program in Leadership in Human Services Management is for you. Sponsored by Ohio State’s College of Social Work, the program is specially designed to prepare you for leadership positions in human service organizations. You’ll develop the necessary tools to have a successful future in social work management and administration—plus, you’ll earn 60+ hours of continuing education credit (including three hours of ethics and nine hours of supervision).
Here are just a few of the skills you’ll learn:• Budgeting and fundraising• Program planning• Program evaluation
INTERESTED? All you need is a bachelor’s degree in social work, a master’s degree in a related field, or either of these degrees if you are currently unemployed but seeking to re-enter the workforce. Classes are held one Thursday evening and one full Friday a month, January to August 2017. The application deadline is November 13, 2016.
