This presentation was given at the Career Women Interaction (FCI-CWI) 2013 Conference Series in Edmonton "4th edition: Women in Leadership: Leading Competently" on October 22, 2013 at the Edmonton Petroleum Club. Description: Challenge: create a new business in an existing, established institution. Drive innovation, implement organizational change, and build new talent while youre at it. Dont forget to bring in significant new revenues. Session outcomes: Discover the opportunities women leaders have to blaze a new path in establishing teams that enable the edges of innovation, whatever your industry may be. Recognize your secret sauce; your authentic leadership attitude that drives innovation. Learn specific tactics on how to implement institutional change across a complex landscape.
