Leaders’ Meet has been envisaged as a platform to encourage ideation, discussionand co-creation amongst the CIO community.

Being a leading Enterprise ICT partner to organisations across the globe, TataCommunications’ focus has always been to closely understand and participate intechnology transformations we witness and continuously adapt ourselves to be morerelevant to businesses.

Leaders’ Meet is an initiative to bring together an exclusive group of leading CIOs todiscuss business priorities, challenges, share experiences and insights.

Earlier 2 editions saw 16 and 24 CIOs/ Senior IT Leaders respectively who came together to discuss business priorities, challenges, share experiences and insights.

The 3rd edition of Leaders' Meet aimed to address the following objectives:

Build deeper relationships with targeted CIOs from the Strategic and Focus set of accounts

Gain insight into their challenges and roadmap for FY 16

Lay the foundation for deeper account engagement throughout the year

Position Tata Communications as the partner for the key themes that are important to CIO’s –

develop linkages with key offers and share our roadmap for FY 16

The forces shaping the business world today are complex and challenging. Businesses have enteredinto an era where true transformation happens. The paradigm shift we witness w.r.t internet,telecommunications, mobile, digital technologies deeply influences the business world around us.

As businesses become more competitive and technology continues to evolve, the role of the CIO ischanging. While matching steps with disruption is in itself a pre-requisite, the CIO needs to thinkbeyond and go the extra mile to stay ahead of the race.

Outpacing or going beyond change translates into an ability to embrace it gainfully to one’sadvantages and sometimes even control its course. This highlights the importance of pro-active participation from the CIO’s to stay ahead in the race and……..

• Engaging sessions led by Vinod Kumar, Sumeet Walia and VS Shridhar where we shared our musings on innovation and partnership, updated customers on our enterprise business, sought views /feedback on our strategy, engagement model and services.

2• Insightful session on ‘Winning in today’s digitally disruptive world’ by Jack Hidary - entrepreneur and

philanthropist who has been making a significant impact on the global technology industry

• Interactive sessions on ‘Next Game Changing Ideas’ aligned to Digital Enterprise, Unified Communications and Total Network Outsourcing by Srinivasan CR, Anthony Bartolo and Hari Nair respectively were well received by the participants

4• Workgroup sessions where customers deliberated and shared their perspectives on key ICT themes

impacting their businesses

• Sourav Ganguly spoke about how he reinvented his game at various stages of his career and truly went beyond the boundaries to redefine Indian cricket! ‘Dada’ also took a few swings at the ball and gave invaluable cricketing tips to the CIOs!

6• The ‘Go Beyond’ theme was creatively incorporated across all the customer touch points: pre-event

communication, customer’s journey to the venue, in-room and other activities at the venue
