Trait theories of leadership thus focus on personal qualities and characteristics.Example :-Bharat Forge,Indra Nooyi,Richard Branson,Subash Chandra—have been described in terms of their traits.

What Is Charismatic Leadership? Max Weber, a sociologist, defined charisma

(from the Greek “gift”) “a certain quality of an individual personality

By virtue of which he or she is set apart from ordinary People treated them as endowed with supernatural,

superhuman, or at least specifically Exceptional powers or qualities. Leader are born”

Charismatic Leadership:

Example: N.R.Narayana murthy,John F. Kennedy,Bill Gates,Bill Clinton, MarKay Ash (founder of Mary Kay), and Steve Jobs (co-founder of Apple Computer) are frequently cited as charismatic leaders.
