strengths support you as part of an EB; what challenges can raise because of your weaknesses and how will you deal with them?

2.What are the three main priorities for your term, how do you plan you achieve them and what are the results that you expect from them?

my three strenghts are: my creativity, my proactivity and my energy and being part of an eb they will support me because having creativity is a quality that everyone should have

it's useful to solve problems easily and to things happen faster. being comited will help me not to give up at any circumnstances, being proactive makes me the kind of person thatlikes to help everyone and being marketing, comm & im a support area i think this specific

strenght qualifies me to lead the mkt, comm&im team next year in order to support the core areas of my local committee.

my three weaknesses are : my insecurity, my impulsivity and my lack of emotionalintelligence.

the challenges that can raise because of these weaknesses are that sometimes i could frustrate about something im doing and i could be demotivated and also i could

make wrong decisions because of my impulsivity. i would deal with these challenges by remembering that my strenghts are much more

valuable than my weaknesses. and there's no obstacle in life that i can not overcome. i would make u p for my mistakes and learn from them in order to not let them happen

again.

My three main priorities for my term would be to success in our main areas.1. to have a successful recruitment

2. to raise our numbers in icx and ogx.3. to keep our lc culture and to participate mor e with usma and utp in order to work as

aiesec panama in a national way, not in a local way. i plan to achieve these goals creating a supporting and colaboration culture between the

members of the lc leading by example in the eb.

3.What Locus Focus Are as do you think your LC needs for 2 013? Please Arguent you answer.

4.How would you cover the gaps left by the previous EB?

i think the focus areas must be the core areas, given to the new structure that we will be working on based in projects instead of processes.

that would be icx and ogx because since we are an official extension and we arehaving the cas separation we need to be sustainable and icx and ogx are the areas that

support us as an lc . however i also think we should focus in the education of this matter for the support areas, for them to understand why do we do what we do

and how to support effectively. to inject a proactivity virus in them to make them want to help others because in the end success belongs to all of us.

i would try get all the information that i need to knoww the lc status and the area status as well. because if i dont know the gaps how would i cover them.

then i would try to analyze what processes the previous eb did to improve or correctthem in order to learn from their mistakes, that way we would be solving

problems and learning from the previous errors. it would be necessary to evaluate every possibility and to have a plan b

to do things different to improve our situation in general.

5.What is your proposal for AIESEC in LC LATINA to achieve the BHAG. Please argument your answer.

to focus in the recruitment of the lc, not only in the tm peakbut also in the rest of the year. to have recruitment

campaigns all year long and on going recruitments. to promote and position the lc in the university and in the country in order to get the youth

informed and interested in our organisation and our product.

the best way to incentive the usage of myaiesec.net is to inform the members of the local committee about the benefits that the platform can give you.

such as: information, knowledge and a global awareness of whats happeningin aiesec as an organisation.

this education to the members must be in an interactive way so they can understand the importance of the platform.

it can be delivered in workshops or dinamic routines.

i would make attractive campaigns for the different targets that we have.once we divide the market, by their needs and our products i would

develop a different channel of communication and promotion for each segment or each target. this way we would have a more effective delivery of our

information.

internal communication is the labor of keeping all the members from a team informed about the activities, tasks, duties and such

that each member must complete. its about

4. MKT & Comm is the base for the Dream Team. What will be your contribution to the Dream Team ?

5.Define the AIESEC youth target audiences, profile and background. Present a proposal on how to reach that audiences

and which channels would you use?

my contribution to the dream team would be my team work spirit.my collaboration skills and my 100% support in the year as a team

i would try to use my abilities and my team abilities to help the rest of the dream team to succeed in every project we have in our

functional areas and in our team.

the aiesec youth target is the enterpreneur young peoplewe have in our university, country , continent and in

our world. in a loca l perception we would have to focus in the students from the university

and in our country who want to make achange in the world and want to impact the society.

the best channel of communication that we have to do this isthe social media because is the most used channel by the youth

in the present. my proposal is to create attractive and dinamic interactive campaigns

that can capture and catch young people attention to get interest in our organisation so they discover the product we offer.
