Hey Skia!

June was pretty hot not just in Slovakia but in AIESEC Skia

as well.

MC team had MC planning week full of analysis and new

ideas, MC video newsletter and Facebook fun page were

launched. We spent amazing time during LC planning in

Radava using our new common working tool and swimming in

the pool during pre-meeting team building.

LCs are filling SONA and national conferences bids. Finally

June was finished by alumni and AIESECer relax event

'Ovecka' with celebration of MC 2012-2013 term beginning!

Katka - NR: The word "planning" always evoked

something boring to me. But this one was surprisingly different - funny, clear and motivational. I felt that with

new plan, new goals and vision we are starting something exciting. I enjoyed also teambuilding, vision creation and the whole time spent with other leaders of AIESEC Skia.

Naďa – CU: I really liked the idea of having a common planning

as the whole AIESEC Skia - it made me feel unite with the other LCs and thus we were getting closer to each other, to one Skia. I enjoy the whole weekend (especially our lovely teambuilding during the

pre-meeting;), I think such event was missing here and it might really help us achieve our goals. I'm looking forward to this term!

Lucka – BB: I really liked the idea of common planning

before and it really did overcome my expectations :) The way it was done, starting with the pre-meeting, having there functional time to downscale the strategies and to have a direct feedback from the MC was very convenient. And to me it seems that it

really deepened cooperation between the LCs :) Overall it was a great step towards @ SKIA unification and Im pretty sure that

this year is going to be a very special one :)

Renča – TT: I liked that we had common planning

because everybody had clear imagination about national drivers, strategies and reasons behind of that. I also like

planning and tracking tool which means more effective work and it is more visible for AIESEC SKIA. I really enjoyed the

time of teambuilding on pre-meeting :-) It was fun and also we created national vision that I really like :-)

Nika – KE: It´s really hard to describe my feelings from LC planning. Something so

important for our next direction and let say challenging was at the same time amazing, funny and full of incredible memories with great people. I enjoyed every moment with you

guys and this way I would like to thank our MC and NST for such a great and prepared planning, their challenges and support during whole planning. As well my lovely LCPs for

great times and the last but not least each LC members for their contribution, attitude and preparedness. Now I pretty sure that this year gonna be legendary for AIESEC SKIA.

CEC invitation

Central European Congress will take place between 27th July and 31st July 2011. Organized by AIESEC in Hungary, along with Austria, Czech Republic and Slovakia, it has been the largest and most prestigious event so far in the region. We were more than glad to attend 12TH

year of legendary and

biggest teambuilding event held in Tomky, Slovakia on 29.6.-1.7.

organized by aiesecers for all aiesecers and aiesec friends.
