Improved scheduling of HSE coordinators, Medics and Administration staff and contractors by designing a simple spreadsheet for the Supervisors and Administration staff to use on the ATCO Electric North East Loop Project around Fort McMurray, AB.

Orientations for the HSE Coordinators and Medics and visited their field locations in order to receive feedback for improving the processes and procedures.

Implemented a streamlined daily and weekly reporting procedure and started the Daily Time Ticket process for billing back-up.
