ROTATIONAL POSTINGITRANSFER OF GROUP 'B' OFFICERS(JSO, FOREMAN, SSA, SA & CHARGEMAN, YEAR-2021)

1. The policy on deployment of Group 'A' and Group 'B' officers in DGAQAorganisation has been issued vide MoD 1.0. No. 60011/DGAQAl14/2016 D(HAL-III)dated 31st October, 2016. With a view to have uniformity in implementation of thePolicy, proforma for submission of requests/preferences for posting etc. by theconcerned employees have been prescribed and promulgated vide this HQrs letterdated 9th November, 2016. Both these letters are available on DGAQA websitewww.dgaeroqa.gov.in .

2. In terms of para 8(a) of the above Policy, a list of Group 'B' Officers/employeeswho have completed/are completing the prescribed tenure at their existing stations ason 1.1.2021 and thereby due for posting/transfer on rotational basis in the year 2021 isbeing uploaded on the DGAQA website (Annexure 'A').

3. The station-wise vacancies in the respective grades are also being uploaded(Annexure 'B'). The station-wise vacancy position is only indicative and may slightlyvary at the time of actual posting/transfer. Availability of a vacancy at any station andpreference thereof by an officer/employee will not confer him/her any right for postingagainst that vacancy. The posting of an officer will be decided by the CompetentAuthority keeping in view various factors and the service exigencies in the organisation.

4. All Regional Directors/Head of FEs/Units are requested to examine the list andbring the above list to the notice of concerned officers/employees. In case anydiscrepancy is found in the list i.e. name of any officer included/excluded erroneously,the same shall be brought to the notice of this HQrs urgently. If name of anyofficer/employee is to be included in the RTP based on his/her posting profile, his/herdetails including the posting profile may be forwarded alongwith his/her preferences ofstations for posting. All concerned Group 'B' officers/employees may forwardpreferences of stations for their posting (at least three different stations) in theprescribed proforma.

5. All Heads of FEs/Units are required to ensure that the above details reach thisHQrs positively by 01 December, 2020 failing which it will be construed that theconcerned officers/employees have no specific choice for posting. All ADGs/RDs arealso required to prepare suitable alternative for the duties presently being performed byofficers/employees who are in the list of rotational transfer of the ensuing year.
