About LBSPartners

Founded in 2002 as a coaching-based, hands-on business improvement consultancy firm.Extensive Lean training, implementation and management experience. 12 consultants averaging 25 years’ experience across a variety of sectors. Successfully completed in excess of 200 Lean engagements. Provided development support for LEAN Swift Standard in Conjunction with NSAI, Enterprise Ireland, Irish Universities and Industry representatives. Provide content and lecture on the UL MBA, Lean Graduate Diploma courses and Engineers Ireland’s Future Professionals Programme.

Lean Programmes

LBSPartners is an Enterprise Ireland approved Lean supplier.

Lean Start – a pilot project and short-term engagement focused on introducing Lean principles and agile processes – the building block for Lean success. Typical ROI = 4 to 5 times the capital invested, circa €25,200

Lean Plus – a medium-term engagement focused on sustainable performance and process improvement. Typical ROI = at least 4 times the capital invested, circa €280,000.

Lean Transform – a long-term engagement embedding Lean within the company culture to ensure ongoing competitive gains and continuous improvement. Typical ROI = circa €1m in cost savings with €200,000 investment.
