DESCRIPTION
This is an LBI Eyewear Cases & Accessories mini catalog released for Fall 2015.TRANSCRIPT
1. New accounts must have an opening order of 500 pieces to start.Existing accounts can order as little as 300 pieces.
2. All first time printed case or cloth orders must have a 50% deposit. no work will start until received
3. Black and white "camera ready" artwork is preferred,A business card or company letterhead is also acceptable (sent by mail not faxed).E-mail to [email protected] — No Faxed ArtworkArtwork can be sent in the following formats:
1) Adobe Photoshop (.psd) 300dpi at 100%2) Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) Vector elements only3) Adobe PDF (.pdf) 300dpi at 100%4) JPEG (.jpg) 300dpi at 100%
Artwork must be approved, signed and fax back before printing is started
4. HOT FOIL STAMPING:(including sewn-in labels and adhesive stickers)There is a one-time die charge of $35.If 1,000 pieces or more are ordered, the $35 die charge is waived.Foil Print $0.10 Embossing $0.15Embossing, Sewn-in labels and adhesive stickers are $0.15 each to print.
5. PAD PRINTING:(printing directly on clamshell cases)The one-time printing plate charge is $35. If 1,000 pieces or more are ordered, the $35 die charge is waived.A minimum order of 300 pieces is required for pad printing.Pad printing $ 0.10 per printChanges made to original print plate will be subject to die charge

6. CLEANER BOTTLE PRINTINGCleaners are printed using standard Text and/or logo$15 set up fee 1st time order.
7. SILKY MICROFIBER CLEANING CLOTHS 6 x 6100 pieces per box, streak free, Key lime, Pink, Steel Berry, Cream, Teal, Yellow, Red, Black, Light Grey, Pumpkin, Dark Green, Purple, Light Blue, Camel, Ocean Blue 300 pieces min. to be printed, $35 die charge waived if 1500 pieces or more are ordered.
