• New employees are good with digital tools• Many have rarely been in situations where
they have to use knowledge and skills to create a product of value
• Lots of ideas, but need more remedial training than in the past

• Advocate for more student exposure to hands-on problem solving activities
• Help sponsor such activities • Create more internship opportunities to expose
students to real world work and learn about jobs • Support initiatives to question, and limit digital
activities that divert students from other real world activities
