What is The Law of Attraction? If we Google the term “law of attraction”, we will find a multitude of different websites with different definitions such as the definitions below:

1. Like attracts like 2. You attract into your life whatever you focus on. 3. The mind acts is a magnet. 4. What you think about is what you bring about.

I can go on and on because there are numerous definitions of the law of attraction out there but they all have a the same underlining message and that message is; we bring into our lives whatever we give our attention, energy and focus to, whether wanted or unwanted, negative or positive. The law of attraction works hand-in-hand with another law and that law is the law of vibration. The Law of Vibration simply states that everything in our universe is made up of energy and energy has a vibratory frequency that can be felt or seen. For instance, if we drop a rock into a pond we can watch the energy of that action cause a ripple effect to move throughout the water. In this same way, our thoughts and feelings move throughout the universe. Think about a time that you have been in a room with two people that dislike each other for one reason or another. While you were in that room weren’t you able to feel the tension in the air? The reason why, is because even though those people may not generally be negative people, their negative thoughts and feelings about each other just happened to be so strong that they radiated through out there room and others were able to feel their vibrations. Now think about a time that you have met a person that emanated happiness, confidence and joy. That person’s smile lit up the room. They’re presence brought

positivity to almost every situation and people loved being around this person. That is because their positive thoughts about themselves, others and life in general were so strong and vibrant that you were able to feel and almost see them through their activities. Here is where the law of attraction comes into play. We think about a thing (money, car, house, relationships etc), then we create emotion about that thing (love, hate, envy, happiness, etc), which then vibrates out into the universe and brings us back something that matches what we were originally thinking about. For example: I can remember a time when I was working as a project manager for a company in Miami and on this particular morning, I really did not feel like going into work. So when my alarm went off at 5:45am I was a upset because yesterday’s work day was horrible, not to mention the fact that I did not get home until 11:30pm the night before so that means that I have had less than 5 hours to rest plus I had another 15 hour work day ahead of me, and on this day my wife was out of town so I had to get my one year old and three old kids ready for school by myself. So even before the day began I was already in a bad mood and I hadn’t even gotten out of bed yet, which means that I am already sending out a negative vibration. I finally roll out bed and step on my 3yr olds Lighting McQueen’s Race car which throws my feet in the air, landing my right on my butt and hurting my elbow on the wall and hitting my head on the bedpost. I did not realize it then but I was receiving exactly what I was putting out into the universe moments before. After I got my kids and I ready to leave the house, my 1 year old barfs his breakfast on my shirt right before we attempt to walk out the front door. By now I am very frustrated and 20 minutes behind on schedule. I take the back route to my kid’s school only to struggle to get my three year old out of the car. 15 minutes later I make a deal with him letting him know that I will bring him a lollipop home. Yes I know, not good parenting but I received a message on my blackberry stating that we were having our 10:00am morning meeting moved up to 9:00am and it was already 7:57am which means that if I was lucky I would make it to work by 8:45am.

Long story short, there was an accident on the highway which added another hour to my drive. I completely missed the 9 o’clock meeting and missed the managers meeting which was held directly after that. My day went on like this up until my wife called me from her business trip during lunch time. I told her how my day was going and she asked what I did to bring about the day’s events. After our phone conversation I reflected on my morning and I remembered the negative thoughts that I had about my job which then created feelings of resentment which also created a negative vibration which was then sent out into the universe. The universe received my vibration and sent me back exactly what I was giving it. Now the good thing is that there are only two kinds of vibrations out there, a negative vibration and a positive vibration. So the moment I began to take control of my thoughts and my feelings my day began to change. I created a new perception about my day by giving thanks for my job and my position and I even gave thanks for that mornings events and moved forward with good intentions and expectations. We seldom realized when we are creating a bad day for ourselves so here are some of the emotions that can cause us to vibrate negatively: Anger Depression Frustration Sadness Ingratitude Here is a short list of some the emotions that can cause us to vibrate positively: Joy Passion Excitement Happiness

Once again my point is that our emotions have a vibration and every emotion listed in dictionary can go into one of those two categories; negative or positive. And right now as we are going through this program we are experiencing an emotion which is creating a vibration that the law of attraction is matching. In the same way that gravity is always working all the time whether we realize or not so is the law of attraction. What Does The Law Of Attraction Mean To You?

3 Words

Now that we know how vibrations are created I am now going to show you have to

change your vibrations and the fastest way to change our vibrations is to first change

our words. Yes, our words are the fastest way to change the way we are thinking and

feeling. David Riesman said “Words not only affect us temporarily; they change us…”

Think about this for a minute, if one speaker a nation of people to hurt another and

another speaker can motivate us to treat each other with respect and dignity, than our

own words can help us to great things or cripple our own selves.

Though there are many words in the dictionary that cause us to send a negative

vibration, I am going to give the top three words that slide right under the radar and

most people use these three words over 150 times a day, BEFORE LUNCH! The three

words are DON’T, NOT and NO!

Remember the law of attraction states that we bring into our lives whatever we give our

attention, energy and focus to, whether negative or positive, wanted or unwanted. So

when we use the words don’t, not and no we are simply giving attention to the things

that we don’t want.

Let’s do a brief exercise, ready? Okay.

Don’t think about an elephant.

Don’t think about the statue of liberty

Don’t think about football.

Notice how I stated for you not to think about these things and you thought about them

anyway?

Now an elephant, statue of liberty or football is not going to ruin your life, but if we are

talking about your goals, dreams, relationships and business, this is where it really

matters.

Business People tend to say things like: Don’t forget to call me Don’t get frustrated Parents tend to say: Don’t do this and don’t do that No you can’t play ball in the house. The list goes on and on, but the only way to overcome this is about asking ourselves “what do I want”. By asking ourselves, “what do I want”, we go from saying: “Don’t forget to call me” to –“Hey remember to call me later” “No you can’t play ball in the house” to – Play ball outside “Don’t park here” to “Park over there” Every sentence that uses the words don’t, not and no can be rephrased by asking yourself “what do I want?” Because when we go from what we don’t want to what we do want, the words change and when the words change, the vibration change. So the next time you say to yourself “I don’t want to be poor” ask yourself “What do I want” and the answer would probably “I want to be wealthy” Or instead of I don’t want to be sick, you can say “I want to be healthy”. Every time you use the words don’t, not and no ask yourself what do I want and once you have the answer, you will feel a lot better. Because every time you ask yourself that question you are pushing the reset button on your vibration and when you do this you are in control which means that you are deliberately attracting what you want in your life.

Deliberate attraction Deliberate attraction simply means to consciously invite the things that you want into your life. Deliberate attraction is very important. It is something that we all should be doing because if we are not consciously aware of what we are bringing into our lives, we’ll always be wondering why we get the things we do. Now there is a 3 step formula to the law of attraction:

Step 1: Identify what you desire Step 2: Give what you desire attention Step 3: Allow It

Step 1: Identify what you desire All of these steps sound very easy but if you are like me, you are stuck at step one, and it is okay because most of us don’t know what we really want, but it’s easy for us to figure out what we do not want. Although we shouldn’t spend much time focusing on what we don’t want, the knowing of what we don’t want will actually help us to find out what we do want. Here is what I mean: My family and I wanted to relocate because we no longer wanted to live in the city that we were living in, but we didn’t know where we wanted to move. So we made a list of all the reason why we didn’t want to live in that city and here is a short version of that list:

1. Too Flat, no mountains or hills 2. It’s too hot 3. Can’t visually tell when the season change 4. Real-estate is too expensive 5. Far from shopping malls & plazas 6. Lots of lizards and frogs 7. Not that many new developments or master planned community 8. Cost overall cost of living is too high

Now that we have our list of things that we do not like about city that we were living in, we can now determine what we do want in the city that we will move to and all we have to do is ask ourselves what do we want? After asking ourselves that question here is what our list now looks like

Cost Of Living Is Too High Better Cost Of Living Ratio This list can always be refined as you find things that you do not like about your current situation. Now this can be used in any situation. Here is another example: When I first started my coaching business, I was running into all kinds of issues with my clients. One day I sat down and made a list of the things that I didn’t like about the clients that I was attracting, here is what the short version on of that list look like:

1. Complain About Pricing 2. Don’t Pay On Time 3. They turn in required paper work late 4. Try to tell me how to do my job 5. Don’t Refer Business 6. Show-up late to appointments 7. Keep Changing Their Minds 8. Don’t Return Calls

So once again, I clearly know what I don’t want and by looking at my list I can figure what it is that I do want.

Needless to say that shortly after creating this list and doing the steps that I will show later in this program, I have had such an influx of great clients that I have had to create a limit to how many clients for how many clients that I take-in.

Through a brief observation of contrast I was able to gain clarity. And whether we know it or not we all use this method. We use this method when we are trying to figure out what we want to eat, what movie we’re going to watch, what we are going to wear and whenever we are undecided about a thing that we want to do, be or have. Once we take out what we don’t want, getting what we want becomes easier. Before you create your own clarity to contrast sheet, we should work on the area in your

life that has the lowest vibration. We want to work on the area first because it effects

your overall vibration. On the next page is a Chart of perspective, this chart list the most

common areas of our lives and will help us to determine where are vibration is in a

certain area.

Step 2: Give what you desire attention Most people tend to create a list of the things that they want and then stuff the list in a

sock drawer and forget about the list or they cut pictures out of a magazine of the things

that they want, put the pictures in a box and forget that the box even exist and they

wonder why they are not attracting the things that they claimed they wanted and the

reason why is because they stopped giving the thing that they wanted or desire

attention, energy and focus. Remember step 2 to deliberate attraction is giving that

which you desire attention energy and focus. Here are some ways we can give our

desires attention energy and focus by:

Creating a vision board and looking at for at least 5 minutes a day. Reading your clarity list at least once day. Test-drive the cars or test out the thing you want. Have fun with window shopping. Visualizing the life you choose to live. But there is also an easier way to raise your vibration and you can do this anywhere you choose at any time you please. This method of raising your vibration is by using your words. And you can start off by staying, I am in the process of attracting all that I need to do, know or have to attract my ideal… Now in the affirmation world they tell you not to use the word process, they tell you to state the thing you was as if you already posses it. But that does not work with everyone all of the time. For example I can say: I am a billionaire or I can say that I am in the process of becoming a billionaire. If I was feeling very un-wealthy because I didn’t have money to pay my light or go shopping for groceries, telling myself that “I am a billionaire” will not help me feel better about my situation nor will it raise my vibration, I would more likely say something else very sarcastic afterwards which will probably lower my vibration. But if I said that “I am

in the process of becoming a billionaire because this is just a temporary situation”, I can start having a better outlook about my situation while at same time gradually raising my vibration. At that particular moment I am congruent with that statement, so when I say “I am in the process of becoming a billionaire” it’s a statement that I believe to be true, which makes me feel better about myself, and also sends out a positive vibration. Granted there are times when a person does feel like a billionaire so they can state “I am a billionaire” and feel good about it, even if they had less than a dollar in the bank account. So the reason why affirmations do not work all the time for everyone is because the words do not match the vibrations. Let’s continue: Stating that “I am in the process of becoming a billionaire” helps me raise my negative vibration to a positive one. I can also say that: I love how it feels when… I love how it feels when I get unexpected checks in the mail. This is also a true statement because even if the only check you got in the mail was your income tax check, you love how it feels when it arrives, which raises your vibration and helps you attract more checks in the mail. I love knowing that my ideal … I love knowing that my ideal weekly deposit of 3,500 deposits comes on time. I love the thought of… I love the thought of having over half a million in my bank account available for me to use whenever I want. Both of these statements can be true at any moment because they both use your imagination and visualization assets. I know I love the thought of owning my own jet, even though I don’t have one yet, but I sure do enjoy the thought.

These statements can be used by anyone for almost anything. These sentences can also be used to create your desire statement. When you put these sentence together for a particular thing that you are attracting they statement will look like this: I am in the process of attracting all that I need to do, know or have to attract my ideal financial status as a multibillionaire. I love knowing how it feels when I get unexpected checks in the mail. I love knowing that my ideal weekly deposit of 3,500 deposits comes on time. I love the thought of having over half a million in my bank account available for me to use whenever I want. Now throughout this program I have used the word want a lot, and I have heard people all over tell others not to use the word want because it means that you are coming from a place of lack, but remember it’s not about the words you use, it’s really how you feel about the words you use. You can say, “I want that new 50 inch LCD 1080p” Screen with a positive attitude or you can say “I want that TV” with a negative attitude. Take this time to create your desire statement using the sentences below.

I love how it feels when…

I love knowing that my ideal…

I love the thought of…

Once you create your desire statement on the next page, post it somewhere you will

see it every day and read it with feeling at least twice a day, or just randomly repeat the

individual sentences yourself throughout your day.

Step 3: Allow It Some people say that allowing is the most difficult part, but it’s actually the most misunderstood part. In this section we will take a look at this process to help you to understand and use the process of allowing with ease. Here is a definition for allowing: The speed at which the Law of attraction will manifest my desire is in direct proportion to how much I am allowing. Here is a formula to help you understand the process of allowing:

Allowing is the absences of doubt Doubt = Negative Vibration Desire = Positive Vibration Desire + Doubt = No Manifestation Strong Desire + Strong Doubt = No Manifestation Strong Desire + Some Doubt = Slow Manifestation Strong Desire + No Doubt = Fast Manifestation

So let’s say that I have completed my Clarity Thru Contrast “Worksheet and I am amped up and excited because I am now attracting my ideal financial status to become a multibillionaire. I love knowing that I make hundreds of thousands of dollars monthly and I am in totally alignment with what I want. Now on a scale of negative 10 to positive 10 where am I vibrating? Well I am vibrating at 9.5 if not 10. Now moments later I start doing some negative self talk and start thinking to myself that there is now way that I will be able to make that kind of money, my chances of becoming a billionaire are gone, I failed at so many other things why should I be success at making more money. Where am I currently vibrating? Apparently I am vibrating at a negative 10 which mean that my negative vibration cancelled out my positive vibration. Lets that I woke up first thing in the morning being grateful for everything in my universe and get a call from the community center that I am signed up with of a volunteer

coaching session and I work that coaching session as if I am getting paid 500.00 for it. By the time I am done, both the client and myself feel great because we have gotten a lot done. And I imagine that my client handed me a check for 500.00 and start to feel grateful for the check. Where am I vibrating, on a scale of negative 10 to positive 10? And what if I keep on going throughout the day, week, or month as if I had paying clients that are happy to work with me, and then suddenly I get a phone call to weekly coaching sessions for a group of 25 people for $20 person which equals 500 per session. The reason why this happened is because I started to believe it was possible, I believed that I could get paid 500.00 a session and I was only able to believe this was possible by lessening my doubt.

How do we lessen doubt?

In order to make our dreams manifest into our realities, it’s pretty clear that we have to lessen our amount of doubt. The best ways to lessen doubt is to: Find Proof that your desire is manifesting Let’s get back to my dream of become a multibillionaire. Something that I say to myself at least once a day is; “there is more than enough money for me to become a billionaire”. And normally by the end of the day, I find the proof. Either I go looking for others that were in my shoes or created their rags to riches story, Forbes magazine all has a story on the increase of billionaires around the world. People win the lottery every day, business deals are done that make people millions, sometime people are even married into money. Every day I get into my car I see a 100,000 car with a 30 day tag. Is it because I live in Miami or is it because I look for proof that there is enough money for me to become a billionaire. If I decided that I was wanted to lose 50 pounds but I wanted proof that it was possible all I would have to do is walk into a gym and make an inquiry. I can search online forums or even ask a yahoo question and wait for some that has lost 50 pounds to respond. There are many testimonials out there. And once I find

the proof that it is possible for a person to lose 50 pounds or become a multibillionaire, where does my doubt go? The doubt is either lessened or out the window. Finding proof is imperative to lessening doubt. Look around, there is proof for what everything you desire. When you find your proof your doubt will lessen or wither away. Now another way to lessen doubt is to celebrate the closeness of your matches. For example, let’s say that I was in the process of attracting a black on black Mercedes s65 AMG. But all I see on the road is Mercedes s550’s, does that mean I should get mad that it’s not a the car I want. No. Does that mean that I have to settle for the s550, no. but what I can do to raise my vibration is celebrate how similar the two cars look. Here is another example. I am happily married, but let’s say that I was single and looking for the woman of my dreams. I made of list of 70 qualities that I my ideal mate would have. So I meet someone and we happen to go on a couple of dates and I start to realize that there person only has 5 of my 70 qualities. Does this mean I should get mad because person only has 5 of the 70 qualities, no. I could celebrate how much closer that I am getting to the woman of my dreams. Do I have to see this person again? Of course not. But it does feel good knowing that I am closer to meeting my match, and the feeling raises my vibration. Another way that we can lessen doubt is to record the proof and evidence and keeping a gratitude journal. Keeping a journal of the evidence allows us to read and re-read the positive events of our lives which also raise our vibrations and as we are writing into these journals and reading them, we are also giving our desires attention energy and focus. So we can lessen our doubt by: Finding Proof That Our Desires Is In The Process Of Manifestation Celebrate The Moments That We See Our Desire Manifesting Keep A Journal That Contains A Record Of The Proof And Evidence

Minding your own vibration. A lot of people are on the right track when it comes to the law of attraction. They Read the right books Go to seminars Record evidence in journal But even after they do all these things and more they still are getting the negative, neutral or slow results over and over again and can’t understand why. And a most of the time is because there aren’t minding their own vibration. What do I mean by minding your own vibration? Mind your own vibration is an important to the law of attraction. When I say mind your vibration I mean doing the things that feel good and staying away from the things and people that don’t make you feel good. Seems very easy, but let me give an example of how some negative things can slide right under the door. Let’s say that I am having a wonderful day and I am feeling great. I work this morning with a smile on my face. I had a great workout and a healthy breakfast. I check my email and see that I have new clients that would like some coaching and my marketing firm have received payments on a few joint ventures. I feel like a billion bucks and the day seems like it’s only getting better. If I was to take out a vibration scale that measured from negative 10 to positive 10, where would I be vibrating? _____________________________________ No let’s say I meet my friend Grumpy Gary for lunch. And Grumpy Gary is always talking about conspiracy theories and about how the small business owner will never survive this economy because even big businesses are failing. During our lunch he even goes so far to say that I should consider looking for a regular job because my business might not make it.

On the same vibration scale, where do you think I am vibrating now? ______________________________________ There are ways to get around these types of conversions; one way is to simply ask that person, what do they want out of life? Now I must warn you, people may change when they come around. They will start to respect your space and your energy. You can also change the subject. The thing to remember is: Take control of what you allow in your space, this also means: Manage what you watch on TV. Manage what you watch on the radio. Manage the novels you read. Manage the conversations you have. People may not like the new you, but they can always find someone else to complain to. This is your way of teaching people how to treat you. Some say that this is being selfish, but if you do not mind your own vibration, who will? This may take some getting use-to, but if you take control of what you are allowing in to your vibrational bubble, you will almost always know what you are receiving and why.
