Dear Mr. Vinke,

Thank you for your timely response to my request from March 22. I'm writing now to refine my request.

First, I'd like to address your interpretation that we are requesting records relating to allegations of

teacher sexual misconduct. We are not. Rather, we are requesting records relating to any allegation ofteacher misconduct.

I'd also like to send you a narrower version of the request I sent on March 22. Specifically, I am

officially requesting copies of the 80303 forms that the district has sent to the Commission on TeacherCredentialing to report certain specified acts of misconduct, dating back to the 2006-07 school year.
