Scripting is a

powerful Law of

Attraction tool in

which you write

Step 1 / Make it a ritual I like to think of scripting my New Year as a sacred moment and I make sure that Itreat it so. I know that the beginning of a years is a very busy moment but try to setsome time aside to create a sacred space when you know you won't be bothered.

Own your sacredness.

Decide what a sacred moment looks like to you, and own it. Perhaps, you like tolight candles, dim the lights, take a bath, go into nature, buy yourself flowers,meditate, do yoga. It can pretty much be anything that feels sacred to your soul,and fill your moment with it.

I myself light a couple of candles, maybe some incense and sit down in meditationto get myself in the flow. It allows me to create space, invite the sacredness andraise my awareness for this little ritual I make once every year.

Step 2 / Show GratitudeI like to start off my ritual with gratitude. Why ?

Because gratitude is the key ingredient of the Law of Attraction which is a UniversalLaw that operates on our thoughts, feelings and energy. Like attracts like, that'swhat the Law of attraction teaches us. So, whatever you think or feel, that you shallattract.

Knowing this, it is then easy to understand that if your thoughts and feelings comefrom a place of fear, lack and overall negativity, say something like 'I feel like I neverhave enough money', then that is what you will attract more of. But if on thecontrary, you come from a place of gratitude 'I am grateful for the abundance ofmoney that manifested in my life, allowing me to have the possibility to move to Peru fora year' and you sincerely feel the gratitude, then you will attract more of thosethings in your life.

When it comes to creating a powerful vision for the year to come, start of yourritual by showing gratitude for the things and events that already happened duringlast year. This will only make you realize how abundant your life already is andmake your intentions stronger as they will come from a place of gratitude,abundance, love and joy.

Your gratitude is

What are you grateful for ?

Write down 10 major things that you are grateful for and state your reasons why. Try to visualize each of these moments/things/persons/opportunities

that you are grateful for and feel the emotions related to them.

Step 3 / BrainstormOnce that you find yourself in a state of gratitude, comes the time to get in the flow andbrainstorm. It is time to ask yourself what would you like to manifest in the year tocome? What would you like to accomplish ? Who would you like to love ? Where wouldyou like to go ? Who would you like to become ?

When I do this exercise, I like to create categories such as Mind, Body and Soul and thenwrite down my vision for each of these categories. But feel free to create your owncategories it that feels right for you.

For Example : In the Body category, by this time next year I would like to have deepened myyoga practice to the point that I felt comfortable undergoing a yoga teacher training and startthinking about giving classes.

Get in the flow, BrainstormFill in this page with ideas of how you envision yourself one year from now.

How is your financial situation, your relationships, your job, your house, your health ? Write down as many categories and details as you feel and

don’t be afraid to get creative !

Once brainstorming is done and that you have decided what you would like tomanifest in the year to come, then comes the time to script your dream life.

On the next page, you will start scripting. It’s easy, you just have to write about thefuture as if it had already happened. Imagine yourself one year from now andwrite as if all the things you wish to achieve this year have already manifested andgo from there.

Describe how good and happy you feel about what you have achieved andmanifested. Create a whole vision of yourself and describe it. The more details youcan write down, the better.

For example : This morning, I woke up energized and sooo excited about the idea ofteaching my first yoga class this afternoon. I am so grateful to have had the opportunityand financial abundance to completed a yoga teacher training in Costa Rica earlier thisyear. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place, I will forever cherish its memory in myheart and bring its teachings and wisdom to my mat. I can't wait to take on this newchapter of my practice...

When scripting, don't forget to feel good. Emotions are a big part of the Law ofAttraction. If while writing you can manage to also imagine yourself in the visionthat you are creating, feel the emotions you are describing, then yourmanifestation will be that more powerful.

Step 4 / Start Scripting !

Step 5 / Let the Universe handle the

detailsOnce your scripting is done, then comes themoment to let go of outcomes and let theUniverse work it's magic. Letting go is allabout trusting the Universe to handle thedetails, and detaching yourself from them.

This is one of the main points where peoplefail when using the Law of Attraction. Theytry to control the how. They expect to seeresults within a short period of time andwhen the desired results fail to manifestthemselves fast enough they fall into doubtwondering what they've done wrong. Theybecome so attached to their desire thatthey forget to let the Universe handle thedetails. They forget to let go.

This final step might be the hardest formany. You need to release your worries andtrust the Universe. By doing so, you achievevibrational alignment with what you hold inyour vision. You surrender and becomeopen to possibilities. This way, you allowthing to come to you easily.

My best tip here is once your scripting isdone, fold your writings and seal them in anice envelope that you put awaysomewhere safe until next year. Don'tworry about how you vision is going tomanifest. Just remember how what youwrote made you feel good and act as if itwas already on it's way. Simply trust thatthe Universe received your desires and willwork it's magic to deliver them to you.

This time next year, open your envelopeand read what you have wrote earlier thatyear. You will be amazed to see how muchof what you wrote has manifested itself intoyou life ! Trust me, I know the feeling ofhaving completely forgotten what I havescripted and then be left in awe at howmuch of what I have written actuallymanifested itself. it's ... magic !
