INSTRUCTIONS AND EXAMPLES TO FILL IN ICR FORM FOR LAWCET -2012

1. The ICR form should be handled carefully. It should not be mutilated or folded.

Mutilated or folded forms will not be accepted.

2. ICR form should be filled properly and legibly by the candidates in his/her own hand

writing with ball pen, (blue or black) as shown below. Do not overwrite on theform.

3. Please write CAPITAL letters for SL No 1 and 2 and Bold Numbers in SL No 3,4,5

and 7 and put x for SL No 6,8,9,10,11,12, inside the small boxes wherever

needed. If not applicable, do not put any other mark in the box and leave the

box blank.

4. Duly attested BLACK AND WHITE PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH SHOULD

BE PASTED ON THE APPLICATION FORM. Please do not stapleor pin the

photograph.

5. If Candidate applies for 3 year Law Course on the application form of 5 Year Law
