House supervisor duties included supervision andmanagement of a 400 bed hospital, including all criticalcare and trauma areas. Also responsible for staffingcoordination while serving in this role.

Promoted to intake coordinator while employed forMHC. Duties included all intake screening and delegation ofnew clients to case managers, hiring new staff and totalmanagement of all private duty pediatric clients for theagency. Provided CPR training for the company and homehealth aide training for new employees. Managed theadvanced personal care program clients through the healthyyouth and children program. Rehired as the director ofnursing for MHC. Responsibilities included all aspects ofnursing management for the West Plains branch.

1992-1993St John's Regional Medical Center, Joplin, Mo.Performed nursing duties for a 40 bed medical cardiac floorand floated to critical care areas as needed.

Hired as a graduate nurse.Nursing duties included direct patient care, peritonealdialysis infusions, management of various cardiac infusions,etc. Floated to other floors when needed.
