Paragon Marketing Joins the Thermo-Kool Rep Team

Wilson Bounds was selected Employee of the Month for November, 2015. Bounds was nominated by Thermo-Kool Sales Supervisor, Melissa Harrison who commented, “Wilson has taken on a very large territory and has received numerous commendations for the great work effort he has shown. Wilson always goes beyond the call of duty to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.” Thermo-Kool Vice President and Sales/Marketing Manager, Teri Brewer added, “Wilson has immersed himself in product knowledge in regards to the company’s blast chiller/shock freezer product line and has become a source of information in the sales department. He has a great attitude and is always willing to do whatever is asked of him.” Bounds has been with Thermo-Kool since October, 2014.

Erin FlyntSales Secretary,Sales Department

Erin Flynt was selected Employee of the Month for December, 2015. Flynt was nominated by Sales Supervisor, Melissa Harrison who commented, “Erin has voluntarily cross-trained in several areas within the sales department which has allowed her to assist when the workload demands or others are out. While cross-training she has continued to maintain her own workload and always keeps a positive attitude.” Flynt has been with Thermo-Kool since April, 2015.

Thermo-Kool recently signed Paragon Marketing, Lenexa, Kansas to represent Thermo-Kool walk-in refrigeration and blast chillers/shock freezers in the territory comprised of Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and Southern Illinois. With over two decades of selling walk-in refrigeration and blast chillers/shock freezers in the foodservice industry, the Paragon Marketing team brings industry knowledge, relationships and sales expertise that will continue to strengthen Thermo-Kool’s presence in the territory.

Thermo-Kool Vice President and Sales/Marketing Manager, Teri Brewer commented, “Paragon Marketing will make a great addition to the Thermo-Kool team. We are confident we will see many opportunities for growth in the territory.”
