Summer Studio Classes

Paint Camp - NEW SUMMER CLASS Time: Wednesday Morning 9:00 am to 9:45

Ages: 18 months and up.

Cost: $25 includes a canvas and/or special materials.

Limited to 8 kids. Prepaid reservations are required. Kids

under 4 years old require parent participation.

Parent’s Friday Night Out

Pizza and Art Party for the kids

Every Friday 5:30 to 8:30 pm

Enjoy a guilt-free night of freedom. Go ahead and take a

night out on the town with your friends, while all the kids

have a blast at Art Zone.

Cost: $29 each child. Siblings $20. Time: 5:30 to 8:30.

Includes Pizza and Snacks. Ages 3 and up.

Summer Studio Together - Best Play-date ever! Amazing, fun & messy play time for kids, playdates and

their favorite adult (s). Kids have access to our studio

and unlimited art materials on our project tables

designed for self-exploration, creativity & invention.

Sunday Summer Studio

3:30 to 5:30 pm A summertime family tradition is back! – Bring the kids

and join us with your friends, family, & neighbors to

roam the studio to paint, sculpt, glue & play. Parent

Summer Art Zone Camps WLA 2015

Daily Art Zone Fun: Clay Table, Easel Painting, Spray Bottle Painting, Goop Table, Dress Up, Mud & Water Kitchen.

Throughout the summer we also offer our favorite projects such as “Magic” Heart Painting, Collage Finger-painting, Wood

Collage, Card Collage, Beading, Shrinky Dinks, Face Painting, Clay Treasure Boxes, Coil Pots, and so much more. The most fun is

watching the kids invent their own creative favorites this summer. We hope you can join us!

store set up by Art Zone. Children are guided to

choose a charity to benefit from the proceeds. Older

kids can help manage the online store.

Summer Bugs, Snakes, Butterflies & Birds

Nature’s animals & textures inspire our art work as

kids explore creatures that crawl, wiggle & fly: Pastel

Portraits of Insects, Snake Texture Ink & Watercolor

Birds and Dragonfly Fairies.

Print Shop Art Camp

Art Zone is transformed into a creative print-making

studio! Explore stencil shapes (peace signs, cupcakes,

airplanes & dinosaurs), Print from leaves, flowers,

string, lace & paper. Print on cardboard, fabric,

100% rag paper & more!! FRIDAY: bring a T-Shirt

Ice Castles & Frozen Creatures:

Kids paint & sculpt artic environments for their

favorite creatures. Projects include a Winter Fox

& Ice Castle Portrait, Clay Polar Bear & Ice Cave,

Puffy Paper Artic Dinosaur, Clay Penguins, and

“Magic Painting” Seals. Kids also play with ice

cube painting and frozen balloons water play.

Super Hero Week – Justice League

Wonder Woman & Superman head up Art Zone

Justice League to bring nonviolent multicultural

super heroes to life as we imagine a world of

Plaster Play

Inspired our Pop Art hero, Claes Oldenburg, we

share unique kid-friendly techniques that Art Zone

has mastered over 12 years of playing with plaster.

Plaster Tank Tops, Plaster Leaves, Plaster Mache,

Plaster Magnets and more plaster fun all week.

choose 5 or more days, a discounted rate applies, and the days you choose do not

need to be consecutive days. Morning Camp is 4 hours. Afternoon Camp is 3 hours.
