Notification US/CA to all UA destinations and beyond in Central and South America
Full commission (no deduction) for all sectors (UA and OA) when itinerary is an international through fare
or when connection to OA is within 24 hours (sector fares).
Basic economy is eligible for TOT commission on this TOT program.

BEYOND UNITED DESTINATIONS in Central and South America
*NEW* BEYOND CONNECTIONS - UA to OA and OA to UA
Full commission when traveling CA/US to all UA destinations and connecting on OA to points beyond.
International through fares OR sector fares connecting UA to OA within 24 hours(and vice versa).
Commission may be taken on UA/OA as code-share or interline flights when
the following parameters are met:
- Connection is from UA to OA and vice versa.
- Connection point occurs at any UA destination in Central and South America
and travel remains within Central and South America
- OA Sector fares connecting within 24 hours are eligible for commission (no deductions).
TRANSPORTES AEROMAR (VW)
Commission applies (no reduction) when connection is from UA to VW AND
the US/CA to MX segment is marketed and operated by UA. Commission applies to
code-share or interline flights when all the following parameters are met:
- Connection is from UA to VW and vice versa.
- 8% UA connecting to (VW) to/from cities in MX via AGU, BJX, CUU, GDL, MID, MLM, MTY,
OAX, PBC, QRO, SLP, TAM, VER and travel remains within MX. 11% UA connecting to/from
Mexico City and travel remains in MX.
- Sector fares connecting within 24 hours on VW are eligible for TOT commission.
Eligibility Applies to International published through fares
Program is NOT bi-directional. Commission applies when trip begins at point of Origin.
Applies to International through fares when combined with sector fares (point-to-point) on UA
and OA when all the following parameters are met:
- Travel must be on United and Regional Carriers
- The connecting time must be within 24 hours of the trans-region portion of the journey
- The published fare begins with one of the classes specified
- International sector fare must qualify for commission.
This Latin TOT may NOT be used on any segment with net fares, corporate discounts, negotiated
group rates, Propel, air pass programs, United PassPlus negotiated fares/discounts, senior citizen,
emigrant, journalist, military, missionary, student, discount coupons, travel certificates, government fares,
crew rotation fares, two-for-one offers and the like or discount programs of any type including fares
that price with "/ticket designator" (such as /UAF, /8N02).
Non qualifying segments (UA or OA) may be included on the ticket at 0% commission.

Subagent TMC shall not advertise, promote, distribute or otherwise provide access to any pricing hereunder in any
manner directly to the public via the TMC's or its subagents' online websites. TMC is responsible for
subagent compliance to this requirement.
TMC may produce, market and distribute advertising through internal Internet channels promoting travel
under this Agreement, provided websites are strictly accessible only to subagents, and require agent user ID
or ARC/IATA number to gain access.
In addition, Participating Carriers may restrict TMC from advertising, promoting, distributing or otherwise
providing access to any pricing hereunder to any subagents for which Participating Carriers provides written
notice to the TMC.
Ticketing by subagents is not permitted. Subagents may book reservations but the booking must be
claimed by the TMC prior to ticketing. After ticketing, ownership of the reservation must be retained by the
TMC. The ARC/IATA number in the PNR must be that of the TMC. If any GDS precludes adherence to these
conditions, then TMC must either make the booking for the subagent, or sub-agent may book via TMC's
online methods or an alternative GDS.
If TMC permits its subagents to book via bridged PCC codes, TMC will be fully responsible to ensure that its
subagents comply with all booking requirements for the Agreement . TMC will be fully responsible for all
financial obligations incurred by bridging the subagent to the TMC's PCC codes. Bridged subagents should
be kept to a minimum number and all requests to add PCC codes are to be submitted to Participating
Carriers for approval prior to allowing contract access to the bridged subagent. Participating Carriers
reserves the right to deny any such request not deemed legitimate or necessary.
TMC will indemnify and hold harmless Participating Carriers and their officers , directors, employees, and
agents from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, claims, demands, suits, fines,
or judgments, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, and related expenses incurred
by Participating Carriers, either directly or indirectly, as a result of, arising out of, or in connection with any
act or omission of any of TMC's subagents, including the breach of any of the terms and conditions of this
Agreement. These indemnity and hold harmless obligations are of a continuing nature and will survive the
termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Program is NOT Bi-directional. Commission applies when trip begins from the city or country shown under
ORIGIN.
*Note* BEST Commission for BRAZIL (20% UA, AD ) go to CONSOLIDATOR US, CA TO LATIN TOT.

to South America segment is marketed and operated by UA. Commission may also be claimed on AD as
code-share or interline flights when all the following parameters are met:
- The connection is from United (UA) to Azul (AD) and vice versa.
- The connection point occurs in South America and travel remains within
South America to destinations not served by United (UA).
- Sector fares connecting within 24 hours on AD are eligible for TOT commission
ALL OTHER AIRLINES
Three (3) points less than the standard commission may be taken on interline or code-share flights
with other airlines (OA) provided all parameters listed below are met AND the USA/CA to Central or
South America segment is marketed and operated by UA.
- The connection is from United (UA) to other airlines (OA) and vice versa.
- The connection occurs at one of the cities within Central or South America
to points beyond not served by United (UA)
Eligibility This program applies to international published fares.
Sector fares (point-to-point) are eligible for TOT commission, when all the following parameters are met:
- Travel must be on United and their Regional Carriers
- The connecting time must be within 24 hours of the international portion of the journey
- The published fare begins with one of the classes specified.
International Time of Ticketing (ITOT) may NOT be used on any segment with net fares, corporate discounts,
negotiated group rates, Propel, air pass programs, United PassPlus negotiated fares/discounts, senior
citizen, emigrant, journalist, military, missionary, student, discount coupons, travel certificates, government
fares, crew rotation fares, two-for- one offers and the like or discount programs of any type including fares
