Anti-vibration wall mountings to prevent structural transmission
through walls. Highly recommend to achieve structural stability of
double-leaf walls, and at the same time prevent unwanted sound
transmission to adjacent rooms. These units are a must when
building walls with sizable dimension.

They are solutions highlighted by their
efficiency and simplicity.
This new series of insulators are designed to
eliminate and reduce the transmission of vibrations
from shock impacts or vibro-mechanical energy
from equipments, generating noise above the
threshold of audible field (20Hz.).
The acoustic Nucleu´s design formed by a hight
quality polymer with a antioxidant treatment
“MEGOL -I A C-UG/UVI F/61 P1250SPE25”,
strictly manufactured to meet standard (UNE EN
13964).
STEEL EXTENSION BRAKET :
Made of galvanized steel according to standard EN
10204/DIN50049/ISO404. Transformation under
standard steel EN 10346:2009. Steel Quality
DX51D+Z275 NA C. Covering 275 gr/m2.
Available in 0.8 mm and 1.5 mm.
This combination of materials presents higher damping factor, and a high degree
of vibration isolation , in the range of the middle / high frequency, and also
provides an improvement in the settlement of the spring.

When an acoustic treatment is stimulated and starts to vibrate , generates up
and down movements , therefore , we have to use an anti-vibration system
that can work simultaneously in both directions.
The Series 3802/3803; incorporates a motion system control “PATENTED” by
SENOR .
Thanks to its design, the extension bracket works freely in the compression of
the elastic part in both directions, assisting its performance in reducing
vibrations. The steel screw allows you to restrict freedom degrees and promote
axial movement.

compressed, it usually tends to contract in the directions
transverse to the direction of stretching.
When a material is compressed in one direction, it
usually tends to expand in the other two directions
perpendicular to the direction of compression. This

The wall anti-vibration brackets “SENOR”; incorporate a
fire safety system. In case of a fire event occurs , the
weakest area is the “MEGOL” (polymer area) which in
contact with the flame or due to temperature excess (+ ≥
120) is completely disintegrated, as a result the security
device (central metal shaft) immediately interacting,
avoiding the collapse of treatment and ensuring greater
safety of the persons.

How to calculate:
Select correct load line until it crosses with the chosen AV mount line. Draw a
vertical line up to the curve of the Laboratory Frequency Resonance (Hz) of
the same color. Since here, if the following line to draw is horizontal we get the
natural resonance frequency, if otherwise it is vertical deflection, we get the
desired deformation or millimeters.

Vibration test is performed using the accelerometer for each charge state, performing a frequency sweep from 4.5
to 40 Hz at a certain level of acceleration. Accelerometer using a Brüel & Kj𝖺er Type 2250. Placing a cell in the
rigid part of the structure that serves as a control and the other in the post-shock point. We will obtain the
transmissibility function as a ratio of the two readings. Transmissibility is a dependent frequency function and
present a maximum value at the resonant frequency of the assembly, which presents the maximum amplification.
